Park Hyatt Dubai

Possibly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. All of the staff were amazing. Unbelievable breakfast. Great pool areas. Very memorable stay! I would highly recommend.

A big thank you to Octavian and all of the Park Hyatt Dubai team! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. As a family of four all our needs were catered to and more. The kids pool was great and super relaxing, as was the main pool. Food was outstanding with many options. Breakfast was fantastic also. Gym is well stocked too. All of the team were very helpful and super friendly. It's a short drive from the airport and they provided us with parking for our rental.

An absolute gem carefully placed at the less busy side of Creek, drowning in the greens. Amazing view facing Dubai Creek, beautiful and well maintained area and mindblowingly delicious food. ||||Also, the team running the place keeps the soul of the experience intact, and makes sure you feel at home. Bilal, Mariam, Ismael, and pretty much everyone we have met were cheerful, professional and made us feel special.||||We will be coming back for more!

The first time we came here 6 years ago nothing had changed. Very good service, breakfast, and interior design. Meanwhile, we tried different hotels, and second night always came back to Park Hyatt:) The view from the balconies is outstanding and calming. We are happy to see the same stuff during breakfast. They remember us and always try to do their best to make us satisfied and happy. At the entrance gate smiling gentlemen waving:) This is how you should start your stay:)

This hotel is pure luxury. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful--perfect for a relaxing escape. The whole place has a serene, almost dreamy atmosphere with a strong Santorini feel, from the architecture to the vibe. Everything from the design to the surroundings makes you feel like you've been transported to a Mediterranean getaway. Highly recommend if you're looking to unwind in style.

- Hotel is modern and spacious. Decor is boring - lots of brown and the same prints everywhere. - Room is a good size and clean. Carpet was a bit stained. Comfortable beds - Breakfast is very good. Dinner options are good too but should have a dedicated Middle Eastern option. - Beaches are a nice size with separate family beach. On one overcast day about 24c. The staff removed all seat cushions and largely wandered off. - Hotel is close to the airport but not much else. Expect a 15-25 taxi to downtown depending on traffic. - I was woken twice by staff telephoning room despite "do not disturb". Doesn't seem connected to front desk. - I couldn't extend checkout due to hotel being "fully booked". My guess was it was 20% occupied and they were happy to sell an extra half day despite "fully booked"

Amazing stay|From the rooms, to the food or the facilities, everything was perfect. Twiggy family was the ideal place to be with young kids and other pools were great as well. The whole staff was very helpful and welcoming.|The staff from the kids club was great, in particular Vivian who was amazing with my daughter.

The recognition was truly exceptional. Without me even mentioning the purpose of the stay, Octavian immediately recognized it was our anniversary and assisted with the booking. I then received a warm follow-up from Baharat, who provided outstanding pre-arrival support and expressed genuine excitement about our visit. He personally welcomed us upon arrival and escorted us to the room, where we found the most beautiful anniversary setup I've ever seen--thanks to the incredible effort of the Housekeeping team. The room itself was perfect.||||This anniversary stay could not have been more special, and it brought back wonderful memories of our wedding celebration at the hotel last year. We'll certainly make this an annual tradition.||||A big thank you to Octavian, Baharat, and the entire team who made this experience truly exceptional.
