Atlantis - The Palm

This hotel is out of this world. Second time here we had to come back. All the staff are amazing so accommodating. We loved the staff in the club lounge especially. Our room is superb with the most amazing palm view. There is everything in the room that we both need. The pool is great too Nubo by the beach and all the staff again are so lovely. This hotel is just amazing surroundings are breath taking. All staff are amazing especially in the club lounge J.C. And Simon we're so lovely And all were so friendly

From the moment we arrived at Atlantis The Royal, we knew we were in for something special. The hotel is immaculate--every corner from the grand lobby to the Palm Scape room we stayed in was spotless and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail in both design and cleanliness was genuinely impressive.||The service was second to none. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and always ready to help. Whether it was housekeeping, concierge, or the restaurant team, nothing was ever too much trouble. The views from our Palm Scape room were breathtaking--waking up to that panorama each morning was unforgettable.||A real highlight for our family was the Kids Club. The staff there were absolutely incredible with our child--so engaging, kind, and creative. Our son genuinely didn't want to leave at the end of each day and is still talking about when we'll go back!||Gastronomy's breakfast buffet was unlike anything I've ever seen before--endless, high-quality choices from all over the world, beautifully presented, and accompanied by complimentary Moet champagne. A perfect way to start each day.||Perhaps the most special part of our stay was that I proposed to my wife here. The staff went above and beyond to make it a completely stress-free and magical experience. Every detail was taken care of with such grace--it's a memory we will treasure forever.||Atlantis The Royal is the perfect combination of romantic luxury and family-friendly fun. We're already planning our return for the next special occasion. If you're considering a visit--don't hesitate. This place is something truly extraordinary.

I had a great time at the aquapark! The slides were exciting, especially the big ones -- full of adrenaline. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were options for both kids and adults, so it's perfect for families. I also liked the food court -- lots of variety. I would definitely recommend it for a fun day out!

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are roomy and tidy. Throughout my visit, the personnel were polite and professional; the service was outstanding. But, if you're not intending to remain within the resort area the whole time, the site could seem somewhat remote. Though be ready for lengthier drives if you are visiting other areas of Dubai; overall, it is a wonderful place for families or anyone seeking a whole resort experience.

Beautiful clean and spacious room. Extremely comfortable bed. Large well equipped bathroom. Zimbini looked after us very well. She gave us bookmarks and ensured we always had plenty of water. Her standard of service was impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Atlantis - The palm was incredible. We had an amazing time & so did my son & daughter. My had a great time at the Adventurers kids club it was fun, safe, and lots with great activities. My son loved the kids soft play area & outdoor play area. The adventure water park was amazing, if not beyond amazing. Everything is perfectly coordinated for relaxation and entertainment & Fine dining under one roof!

Outstanding from Room Valet Aayush Anoop. ||From the moment we stepped into our room, we were greeted by an unforgettable sight that instantly made our stay feel magical. The room valet had crafted the most stunning towel design I've ever seen--two beautifully sculpted swans, lovingly arranged to form a heart, surrounded by delicate red rose petals. It was not just a towel arrangement--it was a work of art.||The attention to detail was simply impeccable. Every fold was perfectly placed, and the symmetry of the swans gave a sense of serenity and elegance. It added a romantic charm to our stay and truly showed the care and pride the housekeeping team puts into their work.||This thoughtful touch made our trip even more special. We have had a fabulous trip, the hotel was amazing. The service was incredible and we were well looked after. Special mentions to Devan at Nobu who was very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. And also Ahasan, our room was immaculate, lots of attention to detail and he always had a smile on his face. Thank you, we will be back!
