Delano Dubai

My family and I just finished up our 2 week stay at the Delano, Dubai. We had such a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff in particular were very friendly and attentive. Our poolside waiter Sahadat made our daytime experience so pleasant and enjoyable. Living in Las Vegas we are used to a very high level of customer service and he provided just that, as well as being very friendly with our children. Concierge services were very easy. The choice of restaurants and standard of food and drinks were excellent. The hotel isn't too large like a lot of hotels in Dubai so it felt more personal and our children felt very comfortable. We were sad to leave but will definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Delano Dubai! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations -- the design, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were all exceptional. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the breakfast experience. The service was outstanding, and we especially want to mention Kabir, who made our mornings truly special. He was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, always remembering our preferences and ensuring we had everything we needed. His friendliness and care added such a personal touch -- it really made us feel welcome and well looked after. We can't recommend this hotel enough and are already looking forward to coming back!

Nice enough hotel. Rooms are good. Nicely designed, ample room, desk and sofa, and big balcony with seating. Basics could be better: the shower is either cold or too hot (even adjusting the controls mm by mm doesn't help!) and AC is always too cold whatever setting it's on. Breakfast is average both in terms of quality and service.

This was such a beautiful and classy hotel, and the attention to detail in the hotel room, the outdoor lounge areas, the gym and dining areas was faultless. |The Luxury Travel Boutique booked us in here before our travel around Thailand, and it was the most beautiful place to stay to break up our journey. |The staff were incredible, very welcoming. 'Vanessa' on the front desk was just amazing and attentive. |'Anthony' in the gym was inspiring and |'Perfect' was around the pool area and a really amazing guy (very adorable) and attentive. |The hotel has its own private beach which is very intimate. |I would highly recommend the Demon Duck (3 Star Michelin) Restaurant. Just incredible - like the whole experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to especially highlight the excellent service provided by the concierge team, particularly Ravi. Ravi is an outstanding concierge -- he goes above and beyond to find solutions for your requests and keeps you perfectly updated throughout the process. He genuinely takes care of guests' needs, and it's clear that he does his job with love and passion. The hotel itself is very nice, with great attention to detail and guest comfort. One evening, I requested assistance with the minibar, as it was not cooling sufficiently and I needed it for storing my medication. The maintenance team responded quickly, and a very kind maintenance man even arranged for an extra small fridge to be placed in my room to ensure my medication stayed at the right temperature -- truly excellent service. Additionally, the gym is perfect -- well-equipped and maintained, ideal for those who like to stay active during their stay. I also had the pleasure of dining at the Turkish restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just as wonderful. Overall, my experience was fantastic, thanks to the great staff and thoughtful service. I highly recommend this hotel!

The atmosphere was beautiful and the service was top tier. Amazing amenities, we did not leave the resort throughout our whole trip. Kabir, the breakfast supervisor made our morning special everyday! Our only issue was the water from the shower & faucet would turn yellow every morning possibly from rusty pipes, which really hindered the hygiene expectations and morning convenience. The managers did their best to accommodate and makeup for the inconvenience but it is still one worth noting. We appreciated their accommodation with a late check out.

The hotel itself is stunning -- well-designed, clean, and visually impressive. The kids club was a real highlight; our children absolutely loved it and the staff there were fantastic. Unfortunately, service throughout both hotel sections was disappointing and inconsistent. Another downside was the overwhelming number of loud, inconsiderate guests, particularly from large Russian tour groups, which affected the overall atmosphere. With better service and a more balanced guest experience, this could be an outstanding destination.

We spent 5 days in this wonderful hotel! Great service, always helpful, friendly, patient and inovativ! The beach is very clean with comfortable sundbeds, so is the pool. Great restaurants with exelent variety and food. The rooms are very nice and spacious (too little cupboard space!) and clean! The staff is outstandingly friendly. (Ravi, the concierge and Anthony (gym) need to be mentioned especially). We'll be back for sure!
