Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai

This was our first stay at the Grosvenor House, and what truly set it apart was the exceptional level of service.||||From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our airport driver was warm and welcoming, even offering us refreshments during the ride. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from a Premier Room to a Premier Executive Suite -- the space was absolutely huge!||||The service in the Executive Lounge was outstanding. The staff not only remembered our names but also our regular orders, and they consistently went above and beyond -- recommending great places to eat and even making reservations for us.||||Poolside service was just as impressive. The team was always on hand with towels and sunbeds, and they brought refreshments trays as soon as we settled in.||||We also really appreciated the complimentary shuttle to Le Royal Meridien (LRM). We usually stay there, so it was a bonus to still have access to their facilities -- especially since the sun moves behind the buildings around 1 p.m., leaving the Tower 2 pool area in the shade.||||While I still love LRM for its more modern rooms and larger pools, the service at Grosvenor House truly elevates the experience. It felt luxurious in every way, and we would definitely stay here again.

Where do I start....OUTSTANDING!! From start to finish. Collected from the airport and greeted with cold drinks and wet towels to cool us down, check in was easy and staff were welcoming. The hotel really is 5 star. We stayed in tower two and had lounge 5 access which meant we could have happy hour drinks between 6pm and 8pm which was enjoyable with pre dinner snacks. Our room with the balcony was over looking the marina and tower. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom was spacious and immaculate. We had two cleaners Anil and Sunil who looked after us very well. They went the extra mile for us and our room was cleaned to the highest standards. The Easter treats left in the room was a really lovely touch. The decor and ambiance of the entire hotel is amazing. ||The variety of restaurants and bars is next level. We went to siddharta lounge on the first evening and the food was incredible as well as the drinks. We had drinks in 7 tales and city social with great views and ambiance. Now to the best part we spent many evenings in the lobby bar of tower two and the BIGGEST SHOUTOUT has to go to SUPRITH AND TWO KEY MEMBERS of his team ANJALI and MANOJ. They made us feel so very welcome, always smiling always going out of their way to ensure our experience was an exceptional one. We witnessed them going over and above for many guests and also remained the ultimate professionals when guests were demanding. They have to be some of the nicest people we have ever met. They topped up our bar nuts and snacks as they knew we enjoyed them. We ordered food from the bar and the burger was very tasty. You can tell they take great pride in their jobs and were very knowledgable on the hotel. They deserve recognition as they really stood out amongst all of the great staff. ||Breakfast in Sloanes was enjoyable every morning lots of choice and as we were there for 9 nights the staff remembered our daily coffee order. ||Being able to get the hotel transport to and from Le royal Meridien was fantastic and we enjoyed our pool days over there with drinks and food. ||Mihaela who sorted our booking for us was so helpful and we are excited to make our next booking. We will be back to celebrate my birthday.

I am currently staying at the hotel and I wanna give a shout out to Shaynnah from the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she smiled and that means a lot to me. Was very helpful to me and gave me the perfect room. I was allocated to a room already when I arrived at 8am/9am but it's wasn't a smoking room. I wanted a smoking room and she provided me just that. Gave me a room with a view also. So thank you again.||I also wanna give a shout out to the house keeper Azaz, provided me everything I needed for my room. Cleaned the room the way it should be. I asked him to not provide me those fancy casing on the bed and those colourful pillows, he did just that. Leaves the room the way I want it.||Everyone that I have come across around the hotel have been brilliant so let's not forget that. I happen to have more interaction with Shay and Azaz so that's why they are being mentioned.||Keep up the good work guys. Love being here.||I was on a budget this holiday and exceeded my expectations.

This was our second stay, last time being at the Grosvenor House in September 24. It was just as amazing this time around. Choice and quality of food outstanding. Staff are some of the friendliest we have come across, on our many travels around the world. Location in the Marina is perfect. Also, the hotel provides a |complementary shuttle bus to the beach at its sister hotel, which takes about 10mins. Can't wait to visit again in Sept this year.

Had an amazing stay at Grosvenor House Dubai. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, but the team went above and beyond--comped us a delicious lunch while we waited and upgraded our room thanks to my Gold status. The upgraded suite was spacious, luxurious, and had stunning views. Special shoutout to Vivek from guest services and Anuj at the front desk--both were incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was seamless. True five-star service. Will definitely be back!

Generally satisfied - upgraded to a 2B suite in Tower 2 on the 36th floor with incredible views of the marina with an in-suite kitchen and a washing machine. Was great for a long 2 week stay. Breakfast options were varied and any requests were usually responded to quickly. However, location is not the best if travelling by taxi. Kind of a one-way entrance from a specific direction so even if you're just across the bridge in the Marina Towers area, the taxi will need to take a big detour around which takes 10-15 minutes, or more since the traffic is bad in the Marina. Would recommend taking Lime scooters or walking around the area. We got a room change halfway through and they said they would deliver the card to our room but we waited 30 minutes and no one came. Ended up getting the card ourselves from the lobby and moving everything ourselves.

Fabulous experience at the hotel and Karthigan took great care of the room and maintained it immaculately. ||Will always return to the Grosvenor house, the staff are wonderful and really look after you. Very comfortable beds too and great food.

29/3/25-7/4/25|My wife and I had another fabulous stay at the Grosvenor House Hotel. This was our 2nd time at this wonderful place. We stayed on a half board basis.|We were greeted warmly and upgraded to Tower 2, Deluxe Suite.|The breakfast and service at Sloanes was excellent. Lots of choice. We particularly enjoyed the Dosa.|We had evening meals at Toro Toro, Sienna and Budha Bar. The food, drinks and service in each of these restaurants was tremendous.|There was great choices on the half board menu at Toro Toro and Sienna.|Unfortunately we were disappointed by the half board menu choices at Rhodes W1. We did have the Sunday Roast and could not fault this.|We enjoyed lazy days at the pool in Tower 1 and visited the Hammam Pools at B'Attitude Spa in Tower 2.|It was my birthday and we were given a complementary bottle of wine and chocolate cake, this was a lovely gesture.|Service in all areas of Tower 1 and Tower 2 was outstanding.|Special thanks to Fredy, Nazim, Indra, Sakib and Chandra for going the extra mile.|We look forward to seeing everyone at the Grosvenor House Hotel in September 2025
