The First Collection Dubai Business Bay

A very nice hotel with a lovely team. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back next time I come to Dubai The pool is very enjoyable and so is the lounge and the butcher restaurant. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant with the singer, the lottery to win a free meal/other gifts and the chef coming to greet us was a very nice touch. However the view is nice but there is work ongoing next to hotel and the highway on the other side if that is something that is important for you; I personally did not mind.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness was truly impressive. The breakfast offered an incredible variety, with options to satisfy every taste. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful--they even lent us a phone charger adapter when we needed one! The service, quality, and overall experience far exceeded our expectations. Given the outstanding amenities and service, the price was more than reasonable. If you're looking for a fantastic hotel that offers great value for money, look no further. Highly recommended!

Front desk staf nice and friendly |Room was nice and clean specially by Dipak who was nice and friendly and gave me fresh water and towels. Fix my fridge and was very helpful|All so far of my stay.. Nice Gym, pool and beach. Did book include breakfast but by Agoda but when then came it was not include. Not the first time this happen. Staf was nice to add this in for a special discount.

I had a wonderful stay at The First Collection Waterfront. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Mahdi did an excellent job servicing the room. Prompt and quick service. Overall great stay. Hotel lobby is aesthetically pleasing. Outdoor breakfast area available. Very kind staff. 24/7 room service with great food. Highly recommend!

Dipak's room cleaning is truly excellent. He is very kind, polite, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. The bed is always fresh and well-made, and the Allround package is amazing. You can truly feel lucky and happy if Dipak is the one taking care of your room. His attention to detail and dedication make a big difference, and his friendly attitude adds a personal touch to the service. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying at The First Collection Business Bay. Our stay was incredible. To start, when we got there we were greeted and assisted as soon as we got out of the car. The check in process was quick and easy, the ambience was amazing and the hotel was spotless! Our hotel room was equipped with essentials. When it comes to housekeeping, our room is always cleaned perfectly and restocked with water, coffee, towels, and even slippers. I would like to give Godwin a shoutout for this! He is truly amazing and kind giving the best service you can ask for. They also had a breakfast buffet (additional charge) and the food was honestly really good. They had a variety of options, different kinds of juices, espresso based coffee, pastries and so much more. Again, the service was incredible! The servers, managers, and chefs were just so helpful and kind. Overall, our stay here was amazing and memorable. I would definitely come back again and definitely recommend staying here!
