Excellent customer service! Very friendly and helpful. Shyam's and Hussein did their work very clean. Revathy and Aarthi went to the extra mile for helping us which places we can go around Dubai. Would come back here for a second time! Masood was very helpful by buying us some water when we landed. Our impression of this hotel and the staff are very impressive. Hats off to everyone!

Superb stay for our entire family for 8 nights and 9 days. All staff are so good. Start from Reception, Bell Boys, Room Service gave us a very nice experience here. So many amenities are close by. Will recommend my friends and will visit back again.cheers.

I booked this hotel 1 month prior to arrival in Dubai. But we were told that my reservation was cancelled due to unknown reason on the day we came from the airport after a long flight. It was around 11 pm on 28 February. I was shocked but the receptionist tried to bargain a price with me which was very shocking. I booked the room and showed the email confirmation. They were totally confused. But they tried to give me extra bed with extra charge. I was utterly disappointed with the service they had. Utterly unprofessional and unbelievable! I would never ever book this hotel again.

Am here in Room 1404 and I feel more comfortable the bed is clean and neat, the room is always clean after the service done. Thanks to felicity the housekeeping supervisor always checking on us if we are feel OK and enjoying our stay. And to Rahul is the best in cleaning the room. Saravanan too his helpful. I love this hotel for the great service giving us.

I absolutely adore this hotel! It's in a fantastic location, with stunning apartments and breathtaking views. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and wonderful! Tharanga and AA YOG, our housekeepers, truly stands out. They are always warm, professional, and highly skilled, even guiding their colleagues with ease. When they are in charge, I can trust that the apartment will be impeccably cleaned. I deeply value both as a professionals and as a genuinely delightful persons, and I hope their outstanding work receives the recognition it deserves!

the great hotel to stay in Dubai. the location is soo strategic which is soo close to metro station which is about 3 minutes walk..the staff is helpfull..the room is spacious and the view is magnificent..i got 1606 room and have a future museum as my view... definitely will book here again if i'm going to Dubai next time

I enjoyed a lot to stay, and I'll come back. The staff is very nice and professional, namely everybody at the reception and all the bellboys. The boy who cleans my room, Amar, is very polite and he did everything properly, including some of my special requests. He is intelligent and hard working. So, although the hotel is ok, the staff is the best part of it and deserve my sincere congratulations.
