Paramount Hotel Dubai

Absolutely phenomenal service! Mohamed is hands down the best guy in this hotel -- his attention to detail, warm attitude, and professionalism made the entire experience unforgettable. The shisha was flawless: smooth, rich in flavour, and perfectly tailored to my taste (I usually dislike harsh flavours, but this was just perfect!). You can tell it was carefully prepared with passion and expertise. If you're looking to relax and enjoy top-tier shisha with exceptional service, look no further. I strongly recommend it -- Mohamed will take great care of you!

We stayed for a full week and rented a three bedroom furnished apartment with a spacious living room and a full kitchen. Our unit was located on the 14th floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. The facilities and amenities were spot on everything we needed was available and perfectly maintained. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. There are plenty of facilities to suit all family members. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at kaleab was extremely helpful. Third day in a row during breakfast he helps without fail. Making sure we're comfortable and won't have to worry about anything. Keeps our table clean. Gets us specialty food to our table. Just super accommodating. Because of his service among many others I will always come back to the paramount in Dubai.

Thomas served us for our first breakfast at the hotel, great service and very friendly. This is our first time here at the paramount hotel. We were helped straightaway when we sat down for breakfast. Great start to our day and hope to enjoy even further.

Paramount is always a great hotel to stay at when in Dubai. I always enjoy the meals and service at craft restaurant, Very warm and freindly. soshi was wonderful we had early mornings flight and she got our orders on time and made our morning wonderful thank you Soshi we will not forget the experice

We had a lovely stay at the paramount hotel. Rooms were great except for lack of anywhere to hang towels or otherwise in bathrooms. Nice tea and coffee supplies. Showers great, bed and linen really comfy. Breakfast good but very busy and staff overrun it seemed. Pool area was fab and all staff were really helpful. Special mention to Madji who helped get us checked in early and couldn't have been more helpful. Trudy.

My First Stay at Paramount Hotel - A Memorable Experience This was my first time staying at a Paramount Hotel, and I really enjoyed the experience. The Hollywood movie theme carried throughout the property adds a unique and fun atmosphere, right down to thoughtful details like the large mirror in the bedroom with a built-in TV. The pool area was inviting, and the shisha was excellent. I especially appreciated the breakfast buffet -- it offered a diverse selection of dishes, and the coffee was outstanding. The breakfast staff were warm and welcoming, which made for a great start to each day. If I had one minor issue, it would be the elevator wait times. When the hotel is at full capacity, the elevators can be slow -- I had to wait up to 15 minutes on a couple of occasions. That said, the overall experience was positive. I truly enjoyed the hotel and the staff, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We initially covered our client's stay from April 16-19, and clearly communicated via email that the extension from April 19-22 would be paid by the client upon arrival. At check-in, both reservations were presented, yet no reminder or request for payment was made by the front desk. On April 19, our client returned to find their room key deactivated. After being ignored for some time at reception, they were told payment was due. Shockingly, a staff member escorted them to the room with a card machine, refusing to open the door until payment was made. When asked about the rate, the staff vaguely quoted a total without a nightly breakdown. Additionally, during breakfast, the guest had to find their own seat in a full restaurant and request staff to clear the table. This level of service is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one claiming to be five-star. The lack of communication, professionalism, and empathy reflects poorly on management and staff training. We expected more.
