My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent - fresh, varied, and prepared with care. I felt completely at ease and will definitely be coming back. I would like to thank concierge Denis separately for his warm welcoming, dedication, and attentiveness. He always made sure I had everything I needed! My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed delicious food and a comfortable terrace! I'll definitely come back there for another stay!

I've never posted a review for 25 years but this deserved the exception. I was coming for the cinema night and i had a horrible accident just when i almost arrived. The hospitality was beyond exceptional to the point that you feel safe, the hotel staff brought the first aid kit and tried his best to help, even got the security to go get stuff from the pharmacy. Thank you so much and this is truly one of the few places that has unique staff in general.

I want to say a big thank you to the staff member Denis for always helping me. I couldn't order a taxi, but he ordered it for me, and that was very kind of him. I was at the Italian restaurant, and I really liked the pizza there. The pool is amazing, heated, and there's a great cinema by the pool -- I really enjoyed it. I had breakfast at the buffet -- I would have liked to see more greens. The fresh juices were honestly amazing, I really liked them. The staff is always running around, doing their best. The only thing I didn't like was that I wish the lobby had more space. Other than that, everything was great. The staff is helpful and friendly. Everyone is young, and there's such a relaxed atmosphere. The best part is that it's pet-friendly, and there are lots of people with their pets. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends, and I'll absolutely come back here next time with my family and my dog.
