Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai

I am long term tenant in the Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai since 2015. The hotel staff have always been courteous, professional, and accommodating. We have been consistently treated with respect and care. Even for ongoing renovation in the hotel, the management informed us well in advance and made every effort to assist us during the transition. Their support throughout was both thoughtful and efficient. The property is maintained to very high standards, and we never encountered any issues during our stay in the last 10 years. I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai for their outstanding hospitality and continued commitment to guest satisfaction.

I had an exceptional one-month stay and couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was consistently warm and efficient. A special thank you to Nandhu and the entire team at FEAST. It was a pleasure dining each day. ||Richard - the ever-smiling doorman (and the rest of the front door staff) always made me feel welcome and well looked for. A big shout out to Sridhar and Robert from housekeeping for keeping the room spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. ||The hotel itself is extremely well maintained and the rooms (appartment) was very spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely loved everything about my stay. Was welcomed very warmly, everyone at the hotel is super kind! They accommodated for all my requests including room service breakfast promptly at 6am, wake up calls, etc. The amenities are incredible. The Spa was booked out but would definitely recommend going to the sauna and jacuzzi (remember to make a reservation) Fantastic experience through and through! p.s. the gym has an incredible view!

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Everything felt comfortable and well-organized. We often saw Ibrahim at the reception and around the pool--always welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. His kind attitude and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. A real asset to the hotel!

Excellent stay for business - convenient, good rooms and great facilities (gym etc). Very helpful and polite staff. Hanna and May in the lobby cafe were a delight - brighten your day when having coffee and doing a few emails. Would definitely stay again in needing to be in this part of town

A fantastic hotel in a good location - easy to get around Dubai from here either by taxi, car or the metro is only a few steps away. The hotel is beautifully designed from the lobby to the top floor pool and bar. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and with all the facilities you would expect. The beds were super comfy and the pillows and linen were great quality resulting in a fab nights sleep. The rooms are also soundproof so no noisy neighbours! The restaurant has a huge selection on offer for breakfast - great quality too. The roof top pool and bar was an awesome place to relax and have a drink, day or night.The service from reception, concierge to the roof top bar was outstanding. Overall ,a fantastic holiday and a great place to stay - thank you.

The hotel was in prime location close to all the major attraction breakfast was a feast. With a wide variety of delicious option to choose from. I can't wait to stay there again this hotel feel like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of the comfort and attention details, my Stay was perfect

5 stars Amazing experience at Scandal Dubai! I went with a companion and we were both truly impressed. The venue is beautifully designed, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the service was spot-on from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the entertainment was top-tier. A perfect spot for a classy, unforgettable night out in Dubai. Definitely coming back!
