Vintage Grand Hotel

I am a regular guest at this hotel. Hotel is amazing. It has so many facilities like 24 hours pharmacy and room service. Very neat and clean. I would like to special thanks to Neelum Guest Relation for the excellent customer service which I get every time from her. She is very kind, professional, attentive and helpful. She always assists me. Thank you so much Neelum. I will come back soon.

The stay here is really awesome. People here make you feel like home. (Swapnil and Pratima at the diner location provided great service.) Thank you to the entire staff. Would recommend anyone to stay here if you are visiting Dubai. The staff is supportive and there are sports facilities too. Sunrise and sunset views from the hotel and the entire property are maintained neat and clean. There is also a convenient store and a 24/7 pharmacy in the facility.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and professional along with having great customer service. The staff within theconcierge were very helpful with having a scales to check our bags before checking in at the airport. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and it was exactly what we needed. The only thing I would have liked in the room was a toaster. That said I would definitely stay at this hotel again sometime again in the future.

What was planned as a three-week business trip turned into an almost five weeks stay!||We lived, slept and swam at Vintage. ||Hassan kept our apartment clean, made up our beds with great bedlinen and kept us well supplied with bottled water. We swopped family stories (he was about to go on home leave to Kerala).||Brenda, Heidi and Su showed us where to find products in the well-stocked store inside the hotel. The potatoes and cos lettuce were delicious! We loved to have a quick chat and to greet each other in the mornings and afternoons.||The pharmacy provided us with prompt advice, antibiotics and useful tips for contact lens wearers in the UAE - an eye bath!||The pool and the gym were our refuge. Lying on your back in the water, you look straight up to heaven. Thank you to the lifeguards for keeping the water and the surrounds in such good condition.||The engineering department arrived promptly to attend to matters. They even brought us a new washing machine.||Reception was there at all hours to print out documents and assist with extending our stay. ||Security outside the hotel became our friends. We met people from Nigeria, London, Nepal. They found us taxis. They stowed our luggage. They welcomed us home every day after work||Thank you, Vintage, for being our home from home! We would love to visit you again. O

Vintage Grand Hotel is the best 5-star hotel in Dubai when it comes to price and luxury! Perfect for a holiday stay, especially for couples. The cleanliness, housekeeping, room service, and staff are exceptional. Special thanks to receptionist Juvy for going above and beyond to assist us. The only small suggestion would be to upgrade the LCDs to smart TVs, but overall, it's a 10/10 experience. Huge thumbs up to the entire team--thank you for making our stay amazing!

I celebrated 25th Anniversary and it was memorable for me. I loved the superarket and pharmacy. As an indian vegetation they went out of their way to get me food under the guidance of lovely Akanksha who took care of all for us couple. Will surely be back.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The amenities, including the high-speed wifi. The view from the window was stunning, making my stay even more special. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness, and frothent desk was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. A special mention goes to Neelum, who made my experience even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this hotel apart.

Spend in this hotel 3 weeks. I have to say that I have no issues price/quality. Amazing. Especially praising Rachel from spa, she is very helpful and providing good massages. Assman- very nice guy, very helpful cannot complain. And Pradeep- my janitor- perfect guy.
