One&Only The Palm

The staff is what makes this hotel truly special! We have stayed at many 5* hotels around the world and in Dubai and this is now one of our faves. The food is great but the restaurant staff, particularly in Zest are amazing. Every morning we were greeted with smiles, they remembered our orders and they were so accomodating for our three children. The kids club is the best! Piyush, Giresh, Fatima, Emmy and the rest are incredible. Our kids didnt want to leave! They are just the kindest, most caring people and our kids cannot wait to go back. Our host Sujith was the best! He made our trip so seamless and nothing was too much. His attention to detail and creating amazing experiences was amazing. Everyone we met that worked at the hotel was smiley, kind, warm and attentive. We will be going back again soon we enjoyed it so much!

Had dinner here with a friend and really enjoyed it! The food was delicious, the view was lovely, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The hotel itself looks beautiful -- stylish design, a great pool, and a gorgeous beach. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

We were upgraded to the Residence section of the hotel. It was fabulous only 48 rooms and suites. The pool was WOW with plenty of loungers and cabanas which had refrigerators ! Also nice touch was a cool bag with water crisps towels etc. Beach cabanas spread far apart on a huge private section of beach each with own decking.

Absolutely outstanding from A to Z. With so many hotel/resort offerings in Dubai--it can be hard to make a decision on where to stay, but our decision has been made from here on out. Our stay at the One and Only Palm was extraordinary. The grounds, the room, the pool, the beach, the restaurants, even the lobby--perfection. But what made the experience truly exceptional was the staff. The One and Only Palm was extremely well staffed, with high EQ, polite, engaging, helpful, and kind people||||Amazing experience. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel, the gardens and reception area are stunning. |Pool and beach areas are perfect. |Our mansion room is amazing, so spacious and well laid out. |The cleaning staff are very attentive and professional. |Our meal at 101 restaurant was wonderful.

I went for the pool & beach for the one and only palm with my family for two days and we had amazing day over there in pool. The service was incredible and need to highlight Kavindu ( Bartender ) he made our day amazed. Hope to visit soon. The best pool in the Palm Island

I had an amazing time at One&Only The Palm! The atmosphere was serene and luxurious, with beautiful surroundings and top-notch service. Every detail was taken care of, and the staff made the experience truly special. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and fun--definitely a memorable stay. We had an amazing splendid day at the grand Palm pool, Kavindu was the best! He was always there to help and assist us, the food at 101 restaurant was amazing. Staff are very nice and there to help. I totally recommend this Hotel. Kavindu was amazing.
