Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai

This hotel was amazing because all the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. There was a woman named Anju who took care of cleaning my room--she always had a beautiful smile and was so thoughtful toward me!! I tend to drink a lot of water, and she always made sure my requests were met, which I really appreciated. The room was always perfectly clean too!!! I highly recommend staying at this hotel :)

I had a great stay at Four Points Sheraton Production City From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized, and the staff was welcoming. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location.||Esha was especially helpful throughout my stay. She was friendly, professional, and always made sure I had everything I needed. She checked in on me regularly and went out of her way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Her kindness and attention to detail made a big difference.||My room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping it clean and stocked with all the essentials. The bed was cozy, and I had a peacefull sleep||I truly enjoyed my stay at Four points . The service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of. A big thank you to Esha for her outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

Enjoying my birthday in this hotel is wonderful experience for me. While check in Hamdi was informing me that room was upgraded because of my birthday i was totally happy. The same time Hamdi was ringing the bell with birthday cake. Make me feel special and Valuable. Room was tidy and view was amazing , super comfortable. While check out Salaal was so professional with his smiley face. Security and House Keeping staff was so professional as well.

This was a short stay at the Four Points Production City, for business, but have stayed here before at least 3-4 times. The rooms are always impeccably clean and comfortable, with very good housekeeping, and quite quiet. I do only wish the AC had more adjustments, as I find it a bit chilly in the room! Dining wise, the breakfast is always good, and there are several quite good dining facilities, which I've tried and enjoyed 4 of them before. However, the real standout, and this has been consistent over my visits, is the service level, which I find comparable to some of the best hotels in Dubai. Most particularly, the reception team is outstanding - always go the extra distance to support, offer suggestions, very friendly, and professional.Will certainly be coming back here again.

We stayed here twice and had a great experience! The cleaning staff, especially Roifikul and Mo Kayum, who were our housekeepers during our stays, were very polite, friendly, and always made sure our room was spotless. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, great breakfast, and nice areas to relax. Would definitely come back!

I recently visited 4 points restaurant and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying their all the food was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, and I will definitely be returning soon. We stayed in a lovely suite that was clean, spacious, and well-designed. The overall experience was great, and we appreciated the comfort and amenities. However, it would have been much better if there were a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom for added privacy.
