We had an amazing honeymoon, at NH COLLECTION and our dream has become true. Firstly as we enter into the lobby a very nice smell approaches us, and it's lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable offering everything we needed. Bathroom as well equipped, good shower stuff, as quality shampoo, body lotion and etc. The food that hotel offers for their guests can be on everyone taste, vegan, carnivore, cheese, fish, lamb, duck, eggs, chicken, different types of bread etc. and seafood can satisfy even exquisite taste. Me and my wife are astonished about the hospitality of all employees, starting with valet, receptionist, kitchen members and ending with cleaning guy. Here we had a wonderful time, at rooftop pool, at the beach and at the pool next to the beach, services was at the highest level. We had an amazing surprises as, finding our room full of roses and a swear treat for celebration our honeymoon. And finally we are more than enthusiasts with our choice about picking NH COLLECTION DUBAI THE PALM. We want to thanks you for making us happy, fully satisfied and grateful for everything!

To be fair, the staff were friendly and welcoming, but things went downhill quickly. The shower drainage wasn't working, and when we tried to call reception (multiple times), no one ever answered. We had to go down to the front desk every time we needed something, including when we just wanted to order ice. We even tried calling the hotel from an outside line, only to be left on hold for 10 minutes. When we expressed our frustration, instead of a simple apology or a solution, we were told, "We have 500 rooms, we can't accommodate all of them." Seriously? We had the housekeeping card hanging on our door since morning, expecting the room to be cleaned. When we returned in the afternoon -- nothing. No cleaning, no towels replaced. Once again, back to reception. They sent someone eventually, but even then, the floor was still dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. We decided to go to the spa while they "cleaned" the room, and at check-in, the lady had told us we didn't need a reservation. Just walk in. Of course, when we got there, it was fully booked. Another part of the day ruined. Oh, and the room keys. We had to go back to reception three different times to get them reset, for both the room and the elevator. Just one thing after another. We asked to speak to the manager, and while he listened to our complaints and was very friendly, nothing changed.. As for the full board package, we asked about what was included, and were told coffee and juice were covered, but with every single lunch, we were told we had to pay for them. Every time we reminded the staff, they had to double check and then apologize. It's not about the cost of a juice, it's the principle. If you advertise something, stick to it. We left more frustrated than relaxed. It's honestly a shame, the hotel has potential with lovely view and pool, in addition to amazing buffet with tasty food but the service and operations need serious improvement.

This hotel is amazing!! The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble! The food is top quality and reasonably priced too! We had an amazing meal in The View 180 and 7 Sports Bar where the service we got from Wikus was 10/10!! The location of the hotel is great. The beach is so clean and the beach club is brilliant! If you can get into The 305 on ladies day it's such good value for money! Rooms are really spacious and come with everything you need. I would 100% stay here again and will be highly recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you NH Collection for an incredible stay!

A cozy, modern hotel. I was impressed by the large double bed with a comfortable mattress, on which it is a pleasure to sleep. House keeping management in the hotel is at the highest level. Excellent cleaning of the rooms. Cleanliness, order and prompt fulfillment of the guests' wishes. I would like separately to note one employee from the cleaning service - his name is Robel. Many thanks to him. He is very responsible in his work, attentive to details, after him the room sparkled. Thank you for your work.

Lovely hotel, great spot. Gorgeous roof top terrace with amazing views. Rooms lovely. Only problem is nowhere to really go for atmosphere or entertainment for all inclusive guests at night as you have to buy drinks on bar upstairs from 5pm, and one water is PS7! There is a sports bar which might be ok for some. Service was sometimes very slow for drinks and waiting over an hour for lunch one day in roof top terrace. If there extended the all inclusive and hurried up in drinks and food it would be 5 star. Gym great and lovey spa too.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Putri, who went above and beyond to assist us--he was very kind. Thank you for the great experience!
