Can't recommend this hotel, it needs a renovation. Everything reeks a smell of mold and cigarettes especially the carpet and curtains and very very dirty. The smell sticks to your clothes when you sleep using their blanket. The sheets is all dirty and old also the towels. They really need to do some serious cleaning. One thing also, it's impossible to sleep at night because of the music coming from the rooftop it lasts until morning 6am.

Worst guest relations manager I don't even understand a person he is pretending like a hotel manager he says i'm operation manager and CEO and above all he is setting in the lobby of the hotel night shift every night with not acceptable attitude with his hotel guest , I have been treated like nobody and he waved at my face to tell me if you have matter with the Bar staff call the police and he refused to answer my question when i ask about the Bar manager mobile number if he is not going to help me out Really i can't understand from where he got the power to say that to his guest The worst experience ever
The rooms were quite outdated with worn carpets and an unpleasant odor. The room service was disappointing, and even simple requests like shampoo were not fulfilled. The staff seemed unresponsive to queries, often simply acknowledging them without taking action. Additionally, the television was malfunctioning, and the room lacked essential amenities like a kettle and glasses. Overall, the experience was not worth the cost.
Worst Experience ever. The rooms are outdated, with worn and smelly carpets. The bedspread was old and dirty, and the towels and bathrooms were in poor condition. The service provided did not justify the high price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel is absolutely not maintained well, from lobby to lift area to rooms. It welcomes you a mold smelly and stinky toilets. The room is not well-lit. The carpets smells of mold that must have come from a Haunted house. Furniture is old, beds smells and looks have not been changed for decades, and what else a 40 inch screen old tv that does not work, covered in dust.
Very bad hotel .. the room smell very bad the bedsheet is dirty .Bad bathroom .. 200 dirhams for this shit .. i dont recommend it ..
Big red flag alert! This Indian hotel might have a 3-star rating, but it's far from it. In fact, it's dirtier and noisier than a hostel. I wouldn't recommend it to any traveler - my stay was a nightmare. ------------------------------------------ Here's why to avoid it: Party central? More like party ALL night! There's a club on the top floor that blasts music until sunrise, forget getting any sleep. Breakfast? More like same-thing-every-day-fest. Get ready for a repetitive menu of bread, eggs, cheese, and tea. Creature comforts? Not here. Expect cold showers, rooms with uninvited cockroach guests, dirty carpets, unwashed bedspreads, broken refrigerators, noisy air conditioners, and even a door that wouldn't lock properly! Safety first? Maybe not. Some rooms have weird connecting doors, raising major security concerns. Plus, they cram two families into rooms meant for four! Surprise! Not so transparent billing. They might try to overcharge you on taxes. --------------------------------------- On the bright side, the hotel is close to metro stations and shops. --------------------------------------- Here's what to do: If you're stuck here, pack your patience (and maybe some bug spray!), along with your own bed sheets, a small towel, slippers, and earplugs. You'll need them. Stay somewhere else! Seriously, for the same price, consider Lavender Hotel - it seems like a much better option based on review p.
The hotel is not clean and there are incredibly many insects in it. The air conditioning system does not work well. The advertised breakfast is not available, which forces us to leave the hotel. I do not recommend going to it, and I think that half a star is too much for it.
