This company is crap. I made a reservation for an apartment, they confirmed it, and then they simply disappeared without telling me that they couldn't receive me. After 4:00 p.m., I managed to speak to booking.com after a lot of effort and they told me that they couldn't receive me in their apartment. I spent the whole day on the street waiting. So I had to book another place at the last minute, and all the hotels were very expensive. And they also charged the amount from my credit card and still haven't refunded the money. I don't recommend that you book anything with this company if you don't want to go through the hassle I went through.

My room's cleanliness truly amazed me; the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. Everything was comfortable and immaculate, which was exactly what I needed after a tiring day of touring.

I just booked with Agoda and I am trying to reach you what do you call your service of 24/7 with no response and I received this msg from Agoda that the reception is closed please advice and answer.

The attention to detail was my favorite aspect of my stay. The little things, like the free amenities, made a big difference, and the staff was always happy to help.

With so many taxis and public transportation options, the location was ideal for exploring the city. We had no trouble getting around and seeing everything.
