JA Lake View Hotel

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I especially want to thank Mr. Bahrom for his outstanding assistance in making my reservation. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions patiently and ensured that all the details were taken care of. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive to customers' needs. Because of his efforts, I felt valued and well taken care of. Thank you once again for the great service!||

I have stayed at JA Lake View several times and absolutely enjoyed my stay in this wonderful hotel at any time (in October 2024, and January & May 2025). The facilities and the crew offer everything one need to relax and feel well. I still need to explore many activities which are offered, however I enjoyed the gym, the pool and the restaurants Republic and Kinara the most so far. ||The reception team is really keen to find the best solution for any request (I would like to especially highlight two of reception team members - Mr. Krishan and Mr. Farhan - who very motivated to assist during my latest stay, so I felt perfectly supported in all kinds of organisational matters. ||I'll definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Complex is better then good, quality od food 10/ 10, pools 10/10, baggy buses every few minutes, nice, gentle, beach and sunchairs available every moment od the day . We had all inclusive plus IT was very rich , Mr Sulith( wery nice MEN) from reception told us how does it works, so everythings was clear. If someone made mistake IT was done well. The stuff is realy helping when you need IT.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is perfect for families, offering spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and great amenities. The Eid entertainment schedule was rich and well-organized, keeping everyone engaged and entertained. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience--we will definitely be coming back!

The common areas and rooms are beautifully desigbed. Exceptional staff. Their attentiveness made us feel truly valued and cared for throughout our stay. If you're looking for a clean, aesthetically pleasing retreat with outstanding service and a desire to detach from the city, this hotel is an excellent choice.||

We booked for 2 nights, paid 2.5k half board! Rooms are not ok for a 5 star, bed sheets are full of stains. we have 2 kids, they didn't allow us to inflate their swimming buoy, and not ok to play with them in the pool, I was just flipping them, basically they ruined the first 2-3 hours of the stay, you take a guess of the remaining. They had me sign a bill in the buffet dining restaurant at first dinner, ~800 AED for no clear reason,English communication with the waiters is a nightmare. Reception didn't bother getting back to me for an all inclusive upgrade with a discount, until I called around End of day he said we can offer 10% and charge 900 per night for 2 adults, for me it makes no sense. The half board also is not a good option at all, it's not livable to be on half board as even water is chargeable. In summary, I'll never come back to this resort. Update 30 March 2025 I spoke with reception about this experience, they offered to have softdrinks and lunch on the checkout day for free, i appreciate the gesture for sure. Still my opinion is same, different places will be better value for money

The hotel property is modern, with spacious room and activities available in close proximity and easy to access (although waiting for buggy can be hassle as there is no first come first served unless manned by staff). Just splash area is fun for kids and adults alike, even though not a big amusement park. The main drawback is the service, took almost 4hrs for getting the room although booked online and reached by the checkin time of 3pm. And the room doors were not in good condition and nobody attended to this despite going to the reception multiple times that we were kind of locked out and had to make the effort for few minutes to try and get the door to open. They didn't get the order brought in different pizza from what was ordered. The vehicles handed over are parked in the open sandy area opposite to the hotel and not in a covered parking area.

Amazing room, friendly staff to help. Shuttle buses between the lake and beach hotel was amazing and easy to get. Kids had an amazing time using different pool areas. Thank you
