Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

Abesh was an absolute excellent waiter tonight. Food was delicious, we had a wonderful table with full view of the beach. It was pure indulgence as we were intending for our little getaway from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. Calamari was delicious but make sure to ask for more lemons if you prefer a tangy flavor to a dipping sauce. And a Corona with lime was the glue that kept the dinner and atmosphere together. We celebrated our first anniversary here, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Ibrahim, who assisted us with a smooth check-in, and Nathan, who was exceptionally informative about the resort's amenities and surroundings. We stayed in a ground-floor room with lagoon access, which I highly recommend--it truly enhanced our stay. We also had a fun time playing table tennis near the main pool before heading to dinner. To top it all off, the team surprised us with a delicious anniversary cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. If you're dining at Mekong, don't miss the dim sum--it was a highlight! We'll definitely be returning.

Writing this review from the taxi on the way the airport, very sad to be going home. An incredible week at Anantara with our 1 year old! We have never been made to feel so welcome and valued as guests, particularly my little boy who was treated like royalty the whole time lol! A huge thanks to Arju at Crescendo who went above and beyond for us, our little boy became quite attached and it really did make our holiday so special. ||We had a lagoon access room and it was absolutely perfect for us, the room and pools were always clean and comfortable, it seemed nothing was any trouble. Food was fantastic we tried all of the restaurant options and all were helpful in finding foods for our baby, even got him eating grapes for the first time lol, I really do not have a bad word to say! ||Will definitely be returning, Anantara you hold a special place for us! We had an amazing and truly relaxing stay at Anantara The Palm Dubai. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The staff across the entire resort, especially in every restaurant we dined at, couldn't have been friendlier or more attentive. The quality and taste of the food were consistently excellent, making each meal a highlight of our stay. While every dining experience was memorable, we found ourselves returning to Mekong multiple times--it quickly became our favourite. The warm welcome we received each evening from Maricel made us feel right at home, and it was so special to be remembered personally. A big thank you also to No No Ko for the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. They truly went above and beyond, and their efforts made our holiday feel even more special. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and very well looked after. Anantara The Palm is a perfect escape, and we can't wait to return.

We had an amazing vacation at Anantara The Palm Dubai -- truly a memorable and relaxing experience! The hotel was super clean, and our room was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable. The spa experience was incredible and definitely a highlight -- we highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind. We also enjoyed the Easter brunch, which was absolutely delicious and beautifully arranged. A special thank you to the wonderful housekeeping team who took care of our room morning and evening -- Rangana, Vinod, Amir, and Harish -- your attention to detail and kindness truly made a difference. And a big thank you to the entire team across the reception, beach, pool, and housekeeping -- everyone was genuinely helpful and welcoming. Their service made our stay even more special. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Anantara the Palm for the second time. The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and perfect for a family vacation. The staff are consistently very friendly, especially towards children. Our room was cleaned daily and was always very tidy (special thanks to Wisnu). The service at Crescendo (e.g., Alain, Nila) was also very attentive, and we felt very comfortable. The hotel also offers many additional services that are not to be Taken for granted and enrich the stay. For example, Jose regularly comes by the pool to distribute fresh fruit or a small ice cream, or to clean the guests' sunglasses. Truly excellent! Our gratitude also goes to Sandip, who provided excellent advice for all our questions and excursions. We would love to return.

Very nice hotel. Very clean attentive staff and helpful. Rooms amazing. Plenty of sunbeds readily available. Huge private beach. Dissatisfied with water not being available for free and having to pay for this, PS6 per bottle and in Dubai heat you can spent a lot on this. I don't think many places in Dubai will be cheaper it's just of its included around the hotel. Other than that it was a great stay. Restaurants very nice at the hotel.

The pool and spa area were perfect for unwinding, and the food at the restaurant was delicious with a great variety. Even though it was just one night, it felt like a full getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and upscale stay!
