TRIOM HOTEL

It was pathetic hotel, if you book from OYO don't go there, they are not accepting OYO booking as they have internal issue with billing from OYO, so they will waste 1 hour at the reception to ask you to connect with OYO customer support to Cancel the booking so they will proceed with offline booking, When we asked why don't you de-list your hotel from OYO for the time being they said, then how the customer will come. Pathetic EVEN THEY GIVE SENIOR CITIZEN 2ND, 3RD FLOOR AND SHUT DOWN' THE ELEVATOR, SAYING IT IS BROKEN, When asked to switch on the elevator the person who works at night at the reception said " if you are stuck in the elevator we are not going to help" and the elevator worked without any issues, they don't want to run the elevator, the location is also bad, it is overcrowded market called "Sharma Market" and the hotel is in one of the back street, If you are planning to book this hotel, please don't even if it is the last hotel. EDIT : the owner replied on this, stating they are not listed on OYO, they were listed, screenshot attached as proof, we had booking last month, Liars

I had a horrific experience, particularly with the desk manager and staff,while complaining of giving the lift services,they denied,in fact we are senior citizens aged 65 plus,but had to use stairs, though I had intended to stay for 10 days,I checked out in three days,they bluntly asked us to check out as some of their regular guests wanted the rooms,the desk manager even told the staff not to worry as he would get the hotel some better guests, The desk boy is more interested in sleeping on sofa in the front room meant for guests,and is very reluctant to come out of it, Try to check in at your own risk

Ummm... Too according to room service and location and price.... Is too good...!!

My experience with Triom Hotel: 1. No water till 4 p.m. in the rooms: The excuse giving was the water is finished in the tank and there is nothing they can do about it. 2. Pathetic Room condition: Please expect "Papdi" walls in your rooms. 3. No working Lift in the hotel 4. No Room service

There is not facility of drinking water available at 24*7 we have to take the bottle and refill it all the time and no toiletry kit is provided had been there for two days and also no taxis are available, location is amidst the Galli, if we need should use some ola, else u should walk upto the main road to get taxi/auto. Hotel hygeine is well maintained. Bathroom is very neat

Worst hotel...they behave very rudely with customers. I arrived there at 5pm Firstly they told that the rooms are geeting ready and kept me waiting for half hour and later told that they dont have any room. Please dont book this hotel if you dont want any harassment.

Inaccessible and unapproachable in a very thin and congested lane. The night staff was uncooperative and even lied to me about the air conditioner. The locality is filled with flies all around.

It was an excelling stay. The housekeeping was top notch, the rooms were clean. The washroom is excellent, had a rainshower head. I asked several times for warm water all always got that within the time. The tea is fantastic. Overall it was an excellent stay and the hosts Farhan and Aamir are excellent in the hospital. Thankyou so much.
