Overall would rate the hotel as 3 stars, as the service is really good, Chetan has managed the service standards really well. Food quality was really good as well. Location is peaceful and easy to travel - Rajouri Garden Blue Line Metro is really close by by rickshaw, convenient to travel. Room could be more cleaner and proper pest control is needed - saw a cockroach on the 4th night of stay, even in lift. There was a leak in AC which created water accumulation near main door which was resolved after raising a concern. WIFI connectivity was a concern as it never got connected to laptop.

Terrible worst Experience I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. First, the room was not in good condition--unclean, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures. The service was even worse--slow, rude, and completely unprofessional. But the worst part? As soon as I was about to check out, the staff suddenly started making excuses and tried to stop me, pretending as if I had stolen something! It was an absolutely ridiculous and humiliating experience. On top of that, they charge extra for using even the most basic amenities, like the kettle in the room! And when you try to question these unfair charges, the staff becomes extremely rude and disrespectful. Overall, this place is a scam. Avoid it at all costs unless you want to deal with terrible service, unnecessary charges, and baseless accusations.

The whole hotel had Musty or mildew odors. You couldn't sit for 30 minutes due to the odor. I tried to increase fan speed to 5 and the whole ceiling started making noise as if it would fall. I heard mouse noise as well from the ceiling which made a good environment due to a musty situation. Walls are so thin between the rooms that you can listen to people.

I regret choosing this hotel for my stay. The customer service was absolutely terrible--staff seemed uninterested in helping and lacked basic courtesy. Any requests I made were either ignored or met with indifference, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. The room was no better. It was poorly maintained, with outdated furnishings and cleanliness that left much to be desired. This was far below the standard I expected, especially given the price. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I will not be returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to prevent others from enduring the same.

Had stayed for 2 days. Wonderful place, pretty economical, great staff and host Chetan is exemplary. Would recommend traveller's to choice this.
