The Sentinel Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was an exceptional experience. The hotel provided excellent service and felt like a very secure place to stay. It is easily accessible, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. The washrooms were in excellent condition, adding to the overall comfort. The morning buffet was nice and offered a good variety of food. Overall, the hotel stay was a great experience, and we were very satisfied with everything provided.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sentinel hotel in Jasola, Delhi. They are very gracious and attentive to all needs. We arrived early and they were able to allow us to check-in to our room at 10 am. The breakfast is excellent. They have both a buffet and you can order from the menu. They had many Indian choices like south indian and many more. The attendants were very prompt and welcoming. We enjoyed an excellent meal in their fine dining restaurant. There is nowhere you can easily walk to for an evening meal. We wanted a light meal the night we arrived and there were many options .We booked a Luxury room for day one and for second day we booked a deluxe room and both rooms are best. Seriously it was my best experience at this hotel. all the employee are of good nature and very helpful. One Employee his name is Pankaj, he is also a good person means we call him to cook a special food of our preference and he did everything without any hesitation. I used 2 rooms and both are proper clean.

Reception - Very kind and helpful people. Always there to help you. Room - Was neat and tidy, even the washroom was stainless and big room. Restaurant - They also provided room service. Quantity wise, it was a lot of quantity and very tasty. It was worth the price overall , I loved my stay there. I would love to stay here in the future.

1. Staff not perfect and professional.. much arrogant way of talking is not good.. as i read REVIEWS on it all guests have same issues.. resolving the issue for your self concern and REPUTATION. 2. Food was not good. Breakfast buffet just a formality you just get Puri and cholle. Coffee is also paid by you. 3. Front desk manager is not professional absolutely.. 4. REQUEST to management please consider REVIEWS for your hotel and hospitality very need to improve.. All over Experience is not good Giving my RATING one STAR only Just for Room is good
