The Saga Hotel, Green Park | New Delhi

Rooms need to be refurbished. Bathroom tiles need to be in light colours as space is small. Cleanliness should be improved in bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom fittings are old and stained. Bed and bath linen was clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out out was smooth.

The room is okay but the issue is with mosquitoes in room and flies in the dinning area. Coming to break fast which is complimentary is very bad as the Parathas or puri very thick and taste was bad.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Booked with Agoda. Room is old and small. No windows in room. Only one towel available. No glass for drinking water. Water bottle kept in room is already open. Called many times to reception to get all items. Very poor service. Food price is high. Bathroom is bad. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone especially for families and who wants to stay more than a night.

Worst. My experience at this hotel was nothing short of terrible. The room felt suffocating due to the lack of proper ventilation, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. The lighting was dim and poorly placed, creating a gloomy and almost eerie atmosphere. There was a heavy, unsettling energy in the room that made it difficult to relax. To make things worse, cleanliness was clearly not a priority--dust, dirt, and an overall lack of hygiene made the stay even more unpleasant. It felt like the room had been neglected for a long time. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel 2x and both times, a terrible disappointment.|Room was small, no hot water, no safe, no refrigerator, with several noisy airconditioning units outside our window. When you use the shower, the bathroom floor is soaked. There is no floormat provided either. The room is not made up unless you request it - and no matter how many people are staying in the room, they only provide you with 1 bath towel. Staff need to be asked to replenish coffee sachets, provide a towel etc, .every day.||The bed was clean and very comfortable.||The floor below is a party venue - there doesn't appear to be any sound insulation and the noise is very loud, every night. Some of the party guests stay at the hotel and are shouting, walking around the corridors late into the night. One night I rang the staff 3x about the noise outside my door.||Lastly, the cafe next door to the hotel also has an entrance leading directly on the guests' room floor so diners or anyone off the street can walk straight onto the floor and be outside your door.||The staff seem unable to control anything here.

Horrible terrible place . Smelly rooms . Basic mannerism is missing . Staff make so much noise. They had put single blanket on double sheet and when we asked them to replace they said we don't have. Sad state of hotel . Dirty sheets and towels . Don't recommend at all

Comfortable beds for sleeping but awful service. Staff seem inexperienced and never available. We stayed for 3 nights and were unable to get any food for the duration of our stay. The restaurant was permanently closed and room service impossible to get hold of. No room cleaning during our stay and room facilities were limited - no fridge. Water in the shower was barely warm.

The hotel was so nice-Clean rooms,and very well maintained Staff was very polite and helpful.even after i called many times to ask things they responded in a very good manner Food was delicious!
