The Roseate, New Delhi

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! Nestled amidst lush greenery and vibrant plants, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. It's located right on the highway, yet the atmosphere is incredibly calm and peaceful--perfect for relaxation or a quiet getaway. The entire place radiates positive energy, making it a soothing retreat from the hustle of daily life. The food was another highlight--fresh, flavorful, and truly delicious. Whether you're just passing through or looking for a refreshing stay, this hotel is a perfect choice!

The property is amazing, food is good but the staff or the management does not try to accommodate customers petty requests. Saying no for everything on face of customer is very rude. Small changes in the rule will never affect the functioning of the resort. Infact if Small requests are entertained tat sends back a customer happy and with a good note.

Cleanliness is number one concern. Every single carpet in the property was dirty. In the Kiyan restaurant, the jug they served the water from didn't look clean, even the glasses were not clean. Basically this is with the whole property. All the pools were full of dry leaves and mosquitoes and flyies were hovering. Then very limited food options are there for vegetarians. Even though we booked the best room, a baby cot was not provided. Something as small as a body lotion or a cream was not there in the room. Staff also didn't seem well trained. Very weird experience. Didn't expect this for a 5 star property that charged us like 30k for a night.

It's a lovely serene property. The quiet here makes it feel that it's located in mountains. The property is amazing but there are very less activities that you can do here but if you just want to have a luxurious stay, this is the best place in Delhi.

We only stayed the night but the resort was amazing! Grounds were really nice, breakfast was great and the room was one of the nicest we've stayed in! Will definitely be back on our next trip!

I stayed at this property recently and I realised something. If you go with your family only then they will respect you. If you are going alone or with you partner, then the respect differs. The experience was: I reached around 12.30 and there was a family of 3 checking in. They were greeted with the welcome garland, teeka, welcome sweet and welcome drink. I know the service because I saw it as they were doing the paper work. On the other hand, I just got the welcome drink. Strange, isn't it.
