The rooms are very old and bedsheets are very bad even the pillow covers. But the service people and reception people are good.

Great rooms. But had to daily request for the water bottle, tea, etc. And stayed for several days. Room cleaning, bed sheet change also happened after requesting. These services need to be a little more disciplined.

I went at picaso on 2nd June. Giving some review. I met with Mr. Kaushal. He was such humble guy. The way he has welcomed us just a rememable. About Room cleaning is just awesome about series is excellent. Wanna say thanks again to kaushal.

The hotel is located only 500 m from Naraina Vihar Metro Gate no 1.The hotel is located at the main road and most of the rooms are main road facing and it's easy location to catch cabs and order food online.The restaurant lapaet is awesome having rooftop dining also.The rooms are very nice and corporate class type.The service is good.

They should work on their air conditioner ,and adjaust fan The person on reception just focus on sale that's it He doesn't know about the interior of the rooms Always give a bad room everytime Earlier when it was under mukund sir everything was fine enough But now we have to manage anyhow Not satisfied although we pay huge amount to them They should look after it if they want to increase business The people on counter just know to take money but they don't provide good rooms Really bad Seriously now the services are bad

Mr. Deepak and Jitendra are not only professional but caring too. They look after their guest's needs take care of their demands and act on them promptly. I will request readers to consider their suggestions. We recommend them highly. All the best to them. .
