We had a great stay at this hotel. Their customer friendly hospitality and efficient staff is the main charm. Mr VidyaRam from house keeping is really polite, sincere and effiecient is his duties. He maintauned our room hygiene to great standards. Also Mr Govind and Mr Vivek in the front door bell boy staff are very helpful they helped me alot during my stay. They genuinely care for their guests and would make me rekax while they managed my luggage. Mrs Anoushika, who is from HR, is so very polite and modest, she greeted us well and also took care of my mom who is a senior citizen.Ms Mayuri is also very helpful and cordial towards her guests.|Mr Hengou at the Mist restaurant is really sincere and polite towards the customers. He took really good care of my mother during breakfast and whenever we were at the restaurant, he also wished her Mothers day He has all blessings of my mom for a great future.

Friendly, accommodating staff. We had a comfortable stay. Room was bigger than our expectations. Maybe front desk has offered us complimentary Upgrade. Shadab, and Ruby at reception was helpful and very generous. |They only have one Restaurant operational but the food was really commendable. Breakfast buffet was elaborative. |Hotel is going under renovation soon. They have upgraded some of the areas. I used to visit AGNI bar long back but now it is closed So choose the hotel wisely in next visits.

Great stay. Staff was really good and exceptional. Shadab and Ruby during departure was really good. Room service was good . Food is good and delicious. ||||||||Will surely come again. And one suggestion to maintain the rooms as they seems to be old and outdated. Breakfast was good

Perfect place to stay in the Heart of Delhi. The proximity of the hotel, the neatness, room size and quick response of the staff is very commendable. I am also delighted with the fact that they prioritise the comfort of the guests. Ruma the Front Desk Manager is very polite and helpful as she helped me out with the early check-in looking to my need.

The stay was pleasant, Kusum was very sweet, awesome experience and she was very helpful. Narendra, Harsh K, Saurabh and Ishan made it very comfortable. All of them were very professional. Highly recommend the place specially for family with kids. Thank you for the great experience. Only drawback is rooms are old and small but very neat and upto the 5star standards.

Having a fantastic stay, the staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean and very comfortable with elegant decor. I appreciate the efforts of the guest relationship team as they sent a beautiful cake and gift on my roommates birthday, it was heartwarming

Wonderful stay with good staff. Location is the prime key . stayed here second time and really satisfied with the staff , food and services. Tarun, Shadab and Ruby at reception were really nice.. .Washroom locks needs to be changed. They are loose .

Perfect hotel to enjoy family vacation, Hotel lobby area is clean with comfortable sitting area, room clean, comfy bed, air conditioner works very good, washroom very clean... Rich breakfast with varieties of food. Hotel staff very polite and professional. This hotel stays many foreigners.Hotel located near to shopping center, 5 minutes walking distance from canought place center.Recommended
