The Leela Palace, New Delhi

Having experienced hospitality at other hotel chains in India this time we decided to stay at The Leela (New Delhi- Chanakyapuri). Having landed pretty early at the airport we requested the manager - "Ritesh" for early Checkin which was readily catered to. We checked in as early as 8:45 am here ! The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were in top condition. Food served at "Jamvar" was utterly delicious. |The Head Chef was personally present there to meet and greet the guests and review his dishes personally ! To our surprises when we reached our room all the mess was cleaned up and our luggage was well arranged. This happened every single time we left the room. The hotel cleaning staff kept our room clean and well arranged at all times ! The entire hotel staff did their very best to keep our stay very comfortable. There is nothing else more that we could have asked further ! |A heartfelt thanks from our side to the entire staff who served us. Highly recommended hotel from our side.

We are regulars for a good reason, even all the way from New York! ||The full-sensational experience of luxury & beauty, with an unforgettable flavor of unmatched service quality!||Literally every single person, experience, conversational exchange, service, and the wide range of atmospheres offered in this establishment outshines any hotel establishment that I've experienced in my world travels. ||Sumit, the front manager: I've never met a more charming, efficient, and enthusiastic leader in the entire hotel industry; ask and it "shall be done". Jolly IS a superb cuisine master, and the dining service crew in all of the restaurants are attentive & pleasant beyond compare. Our floor attendant Sonam even left flowers & incense in our room with lovely gifts & every care was given in pampering our space. Punnett was amazing in answering our every need on the night shift. Manene serves the lobby tea & services with utmost radiance with contagious smiles... ||Every wish anticipated & answered before it's even asked! Literally.

This was such a lovely hotel - very elegant, beautiful decorations, clean and very friendly staff. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding - so many options an everything was delicious. Have Sous Chef Himanshu Sharma make his specialty - Yum! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Delhi.

The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, making the event run smoothly from start to finish. The catering was outstanding, with a diverse menu that impressed all our guests. Really pleasant trip. Room was spacious and comfortable. Facilities were plentiful, and very well maintained.|Meal at Jamadar was great. Shobit went above and beyond to provide a great service.|Breakfast was a bit lacking in options when it came to made to order items, but well above average in quality and service.

Abhinandan was so wonderfully patient waiting for us at our room. Just another great example of the five-star experience at The Leela Palace. It was nice nice stay at leela and soon we will visit again with my family. And a special mention to the private dining team who made my stay wonderful. A big kudos to the f&b team

The food is great, but the service is absolutely fantastic. Saurabh and Shoibit were absolutely amazing! They made it an amazing experience. Thanks for having us and making this such a great event for me and my group. This was truly fantastic.

We had an excellent stay experience at The Leela Palace.The room was clean and comfortable.Again the HK team, especially Mr Vikky was always there to provide instant support and showed initiative in making sure that everything was upto the mark.We loved the Jamavar restaurant ambience and food was very delicious and flavourful..
