The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Problem faced during arrival due to name error was solved amicably and even got upgraded room which was a nice gesture. Room was spacious enough with good amenities. Reception and house keeping service was excellent. The staff of restaurant were also polite and helpful. Overall the experience was excellent and would love to stay again.

I was going to write the review after my stay but I thought this information should get out as early as possible in order to save future guests some trouble. The front desk basically will work only as a cashier's desk and no other useful information about the hotel such as WiFi password, room service timings, etc will be provided from there. I was initially denied for my luggage be carried to the room. After some arguments they agreed to deliver it to the room in 15-20 minutes because their bellboy was on leave. Which was impractical for us as we had to get freshen up quickly and had to leave so we carried it ourselves. First of its kind hotel experience. It's better that you find some cheap guest house instead. Second thing was they neither allow smoking in the hotel rooms nor they have any smoking area which fact they have not mention anywhere on their website or other places in the hotel. Third thing is the hotel is an old building with luckily maintained facilities till recently but the lobby stinks nowadays which suggests the managements disdain towards the hotel now. And they seem to heavily lacking on the staff. Fourth is the poor signage of the entry and the name of the hotel itself. If you're new to the area you might have to make a few rounds around the block in order to find the ingress. One more thing, if you're looking for WiFi connection that would easily handle your remote work platforms you're in for a shit show. (UPDATE: WiFi started to work way better) To be continued (hopefully not as I have one more day's stay here)

Testing was ready good and services was very well I like the staff they are very corporator and humble specially the guards are also very helpful to me they help me with my luggage and the whole staff are very kind to me they provide me smooth check in and checkout I highly recommendous hotel and do visit family and friends. Ms Ruby and Muskan at front desk provide me good room and good hospitality service.

I had a really great stay there the services are good and staff also helpful.. front office cooperative helps me a lot and security guards specially Mr Gajendra sir at main entrance is really humble and helpful I appreciate his work.. I highly recommend you this hotel pls do visit with your friends and family

5 stars I stayed at The Hans Hotel for three nights and had a great experience. The water pressure and hot water were both perfect--no issues at all. They also provided a 1-liter bottle of water per night, which was very helpful. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the famous stepwell. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend it to Japanese travelers as well.

Smooth Check-in & check-out good hospitality by hotel staff specially front office Manager Mr. Vivek , ruby Rahul and all, view from room was awesome higher floor... Food was also okay but restaurant will close at 11 PM this is totally disappointing for travellers. Otherwise everything was good

The Hans Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the welcoming staff to the well-maintained rooms, everything was top-notch. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh and tasty options. I also enjoyed the relaxing ambiance of the lounge area after a long day of sightseeing. The location is perfect, offering easy access to both business and leisure spots. I'm happy to have found such a great place to stay, and I will definitely be back again soon.

Pathetic experience in this hotel. Stay away at all cost. Starts with an unwelcoming receptionist who'll be sad to see another guest checking in. The lobby itself will make you question your choice as soon as you step in. On a bright site, mosquitoes in the lobby will be happy to welcome you. Bell boy isn't available. The lift lobby, corridor feels claustrophobic. Rooms are big but comes with its own challenges. The thermostat doesn't work. So either you freeze at night or sweat it out as you'd have to turn off/on the ac to control the temperature. Bathrooms have design issue. Imaging you'd have to share your bathroom with family and there's absolutely no ventilation in the toilet. Bath area doesn't have closed doors and the entire room will be flooded after one bath. So you can image the frustration for people having to use the room after someone. Restaurant is another let down. Very limited menu with average taste. The restaurant itself was closed on all four sides with no natural light or ventilation. The restaurant staffs were polite though. And if you are a coffee person, God be with you. House keeping staff are thinly stretched. Rooms don't get cleaned on time. Came back really exhausted with 40+ Celcius Delhi weather at 2PM to a room not cleaned despite hanging the sign to clean. In short, you'd probably end up getting a better hotel from a street tout/agent in karol bagh or railway station, than this hotel.
