Staff The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was eager to help and ensure my stay was comfortable. Room My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Locality The hotel's location was perfect - within walking distance to Ambience mall. The surrounding area was safe and vibrant, with plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience. The staff, room, and locality all combined to make my stay truly unforgettable.

The rooms are very spacious with a beautiful bathroom and an incredible shower.||There's a lovely pool and a great gym and the location is brilliant , just so close to Vasant vihar.||And the staff are simply wonderful. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to maintaining cleanliness and order were truly impressive. Great staff |The hotel seems dated and the carpets emit a strange odor. It would be wise if they could remove them. If the hotel decides to refurbish the interiors to a modern set up I'm sure that it would be wonderful |Peaceful location and a lot of green around

Large spacious property with well appointed rooms with good maintenance. Location is quite close to the airport. That's where the good things end. Staff is clueless, mostly junior level staff, the seniors are seldom seen and accessible. The buffet area is quite confusing , the buffet items are just about ok. Service is just about passable. The hotel occupancy seems primarily taken for MICE event participants and family functions. All in all, a forgettable stay.

Our stay was wonderful, with a lovely ambiance, delicious and healthy food, and excellent facilities and service. We especially enjoyed the tasty food. The receptionist, Pooja, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing wonderful guidance.
