I booked a one-night stay for my parents to make their anniversary special, and Svelte truly made it memorable by upgrading their room to an executive suite as a gift. I was in touch with Shivani (Guest Relations Executive), who was incredibly sweet, polite, and enthusiastic. She went out of her way to ensure all my requests were taken care of. Mamta - room 503 I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and are serviced daily after you leave for the day. The hotel staff is polite and professional, making the experience even better. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a variety of dishes that change daily. You can also request items like fried eggs, which are made fresh to order. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay -- highly recommended!

Most approachable place from the most convenient spots in city. Ms. Shivani is a very warm and welcoming host. I would definitely visit again. It was overall a wonderful experience. I came with a friend who has extended his stay because he liked the place.

Amazing location. A bit old but very spacious and clean property. Courteous staff, gave an upgrade upon check in. Decent breakfast. The views are good. Nearby there are two malls, which makes the evenings fun. Overall will suggest for long stays as well

Very good hotel with comfort level of facilities .Cooperative staffs and good ambience. Swimming pool was under maintenence but F & B was authentic. Plesant stay. Staff from Himanshi and Shivani cooperate with our daughter. They both are really helpfull thanks to Mr. Vijit also for our bag . Thanks ms shivani for all the lave and hospitality

I have been staying at svelte since 2011 and it continues to be one of my favourite place to stay in Delhi. Over the years the consistency in service, comfort, and convenience has been remarkable. The suites are spacious, well maintained, and perfect for both short and extended stays.|What makes the experience even better is the staff -- especially Rahul, who has always gone out of his way to help. Whether it's arranging something at short notice or ensuring a smooth check-in, Rahul has consistently provided exceptional support, making every stay feel more personal and comfortable.||Svelte has truly become a home away from home for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, centrally located hotel in Delhi.

The property was decent, but the maintenance of the rooms was horrible. It was unacceptable for a Radisson property. The floors in the rooms were not cleaned at all, they were borderline sticky. They weren't vacuumed with hair and dust here and there. The bathroom was below average with the commode not super clean. The body wash, hand wash bottles were not filled. We weren't given towels even after housekeeping. The good things I would say, are decent breakfast, service and location. Very disappointed with the high price we paid for a so called 4 star property.
