Staybook Hotel Aira New Delhi

No water, No AC, No room service, No food. No towel. No bathroom essentials. We have booked 5 rooms for 10 person for 3 days we complain about AC they passed all the day and mechanic came at 11 pm and AC of 3 rooms repaired at 12 am. I slept in one room without AC. I faced a lot of discomfort and suffocation throughout the night. In morning there is no water in bathroom. We had to go for important meeting but we were late, then we decided to leave this hotel. Plz don't come here .

I was going to give 3 star even though hotel was below my expectation. but while checking out they took my phone saying they want to check if property is properly listed or not and next day i got the mail saying your review has been approved. so most probably they have added the review themselves. there toilet was leaking. AC keep stopping i had to call the reception to turn it on. food was okay. staff behaviour was not professional. rooms were not cleaned. overall bad experience. location was good but still not recommended most of the reviews are what staff has added i believe.

The rooms are very dirty, everything is broken. Pieces are falling off the walls, wallpaper is torn. The linens are dirty. This is not a hotel with 3 stars, and on some portals 4 stars. This hotel is at most 1 star. The breakfast is terrible. My dog eats better than what is served in this hotel to the guests. The staff asks you to show your reservation number in your phone and writes a good review on your behalf. The location of the hotel is not bad. Near the market. It is noisy at night.

The rooms were very unclean, especially the bathrooms. The flush did not work properly, there was mould and they smelled terrible. The service was also inadequate. Please do not fall for the online pictures as they do not reflect how dirty and unclean the rooms really are. The hotel is also located in a very dirty and congested part of Delhi. You do not feel safe walking around. You feel like spending as less time in the room as possible. No windows so room feels claustrophobic. There are limited food options nearby and the hotel does not allow outside food. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've stayed there while leaving Delhi for 3 hours (booked hourly stay) The room was okay.. But the attitude of the staffs were not at all good.. while checking in they'll get your phone and post positive review about themselves.. don't trust any pictures posted on the internet its all fake and the hotel is nothing like that in real... Also don't trust the positive reviews and ratings most of them are paid bots and hotel itself

We chose this place after finding many hotels with fake reviews and pictures and were happy with the decision. Place is legit, accepts foreigners and was comfortable enough. Only downsides are it is a bit noisy from the hall and rooms are not very well ventilated and it is in a very busy area. After staying 1 month in different hotels in north India I can say this is above average.

Highly doubt the reviews below are real, unfortunately I trusted them. hotel does not look like on the photos, no room has a window, very basic conditions, dirty, holes in bed sheets, air purified?! I doubt it, no hot water breakfast included does only cover a few dishes, they wouldn't serve porridge, also they serve it in the room you can hear the streets all night Staff was nice but that's about it. Location is central but also didn't leave the hotel walking around as it didn't feel good. Best to Uber everywhere.

This is NOT a 3-star hotel like advertised, more like 1-star. They may say this is a fake review but I stayed in February 2025 and left the same review on Booking.com The photos do not depict the current state of the hotel which is in a worse state. This is located in a "red zone", very shady area and the entrance looks dilapidated. Because of the area we were unable to successfully book ubers to collect us from the hotel, which was indicated in a message from the hotel on arrival but not before. The lift works but the button on the ground floor was close to falling off. The bathroom does not have a separate shower area, instead there is a bucket located under the shower head. I didn't use it so can't comment on water pressure or temperature. There were insects in the bathroom, the fans dangled from the wiring and shook a lot when turned on which felt dangerous and at night I saw a rodent jump from the AC unit into the ceiling. After all this my friend and I chose to leave and stay elsewhere, the managers asked me not to post this review but I don't want others to have the same inflated expectations and be disappointed. I will say on the plus side that the room size was generous, beds are very comfortable to sleep in and the staff gave good recommendations on where to visit with offers to help arrange visits/tours. When I complained about the room I was offered alternatives by the manager.
