Staybook Atlanta New Delhi Train Station

My friend booked this hotel for day using makemytrip app.and it turned out to be a nightmare. The flush tank in the washroom wasn't working. There were bed bugs in the room. The ac wasn't working. The room service guy opened the door and entered the room even when it was locked from inside. No help received from the staff or makemy trip

Hotel is good with okay facilities. Their staff is very polite except the manager who tries to take your phone and give fake ratings on app if you have booked through apps like booking.com Reaching hotel is a big task if you are not familiar with area. It is located in lane no. 6, nice restaurants are near by even hotel team can arrange food for you. The real problem is they take booking through different hotel names like Atlantis, that doesn't exist and a 3rd party is handling their sales on booking.com that is real shit as you will keep roaming.

First off, a day before I called the hotel and told them that my train will arrive at 6 and we will check in at 6:30. Whoever was on the call said it was fine and that they will register us at 11 instead of 6 and they told us to book through online which I did and I paid full. When we arrived, the manager at front desk said we have to pay early check in charge which is half of the full room amount and that's something the person on the call said I didn't have to pay. So when we called that person again, he denied saying anything like that despite me having his call recording which I made them listened to and yet they denied it saying it's not his voice. A classic scam business running around here cause right now I'm at Novotel and they didn't take any early check in charge. They didn't give me refund as well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.

Buyer beware. If you book on hostel world, they will say there is an issue with the booking and come up with any other false reason to charge you more than their advertised price. A complete joke of a front desk being controlled by an even more worthless price gouging management. As someone with several years of experience in hospitality, this was just offensive. Couldn't have had a more unpleasant interaction than this after a 6 hour commute to arrive here.

Hotel is very nice its near to new delhi train station service and facilities good specially Nagendra manager is realy good person ali is also good person.

I had a bad experience at the hotel , we booked two rooms rooms toilet were not cleaned Both room TV was not working , bedsheets were bad , we told that multiple times but at the night one room TV was working. The room we booked was from booking.com , the shocking things is that the guy took my phone to check something on booking.com and review 10 , which I was not aware . When I opened that site to write a review I noticed that. Other things can be tolerable but writing a review on one's behalf on booking.com is highly unprofessional.

Service was too bad... they take more than a hour just to deliver a bottle of water.. n if you order food from the hotel they will charge extra service tax .. And they charge 40rs just for 1L water bottle...n I found bed bugs n there was no rug on the floor.. very dirty, unhygienic, poor service. Think before booking...
