We had a two-night stay at Rose Mallow Hotel, both of which I was extremely ill. Sonam and her team assisted so incredibly to make sure that my stay was warm and welcomed, ensuring that I only ate the best of meals and had every comfort I needed. Deepika and Miss Sonam also assisted to arrange a surprise birthday party for me. Overall, as South Africans, we are SO impressed with the level of standards experienced at this hotel. And, will definitely be visiting here again!

Poor Hotel Not worthy Hotel to check-in, The room size is too small. Once entered inside the Hotel room the room will end also. Not enough space to accommodate family of 4 though extra bed is provided which is of no use. No ceiling fan inside Hotel, only centralized AC which also takes time to cool the room environment. Too many cockroaches inside the hotel room and rooms are not cleaned up on regular basis. No protection from insects. The doors are of old style and there is no card access system. Physical door lock to be done with room keys if you want to lock your room. No exhaust or fresher fan in washroom making living completely without basic amenities. Also from privacy perspective the key hole on door is too big which is given at door handle because of which question of privacy arises. The Hotel is name sake Building glowing from outside with name tag, however the reality is different and not great for customers especially for families. In-house restaurant is there but not worthy.

It was very pleasant stay at this hotel. Alisa, the receptionist is very helpful in every aspect of requests. Food is good but more cuisines options to be added. Staffs are very cooperative. It's really a budget friendly hotel.

Rosemallow was the first hotel I stayed at when I got to Delhi. For my first visit to india I didn't know what to expect. I met the owner and he was very friendly. The staff helped with all my questions. The manager helped with the Uber app as I was nervous taking the tuk tuk late at night to return to the hotel. They dont offer money exchange at the hotel but the manager will direct you to a local bank. My first experience of idli sambar was at rosemallow. I was on holiday with my kid and the hotel was very accommodating.

I recently stayed at Rose Mallow Hotel in Delhi and had a fantastic experience. In fact I returned to the hotel after a brief stay at another hotel because the rooms were full due to earlier booking. ||||The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me and my wife feel right at home from the very moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet each morning had made our stay even more enjoyable. If you are looking for a comfortable and enjoyabloe stay in central Delhi without breaking the bank, I highly recomend Rose Mallow!

We really liked the quality of rooms and service of this hotel. Staff are very courteous. Breakfast spread was pretty good. One of their staff, Sonam was very helpful and efficient. We hope to stay again next time.

Thanks to Mr Vishal Singh for his talent, excellent services And all the hotel management did excellent work. Neat, clean and friendly hotel. Their kind gesture and good attitude will go a long way to the people of Nigeria Africa and to my loving family. Their breakfast was wonderful and impressive. Sonam mathur in the restaurant was very kind, professional and talented, she talks to customers beautifully and her services are impressive. The hotel is secured ,clean and safe for family. Mr Vishal is hardworking and treat customers very respectful and professional.
