Residency Resorts

This is a resort run by India defence forces and there are fully furnished apartments. Very nice ambiance!

Furniture is very old and below standard , looks awful especially in a place colocated in Premier institutions of USI. The items viz blower, refrigerator, furniture , all have outlived their life . Rs 4000 for a basic room with such upkeep level is highly over priced.

Most relax able & manger n other staff good in hospitality

The room size and beds are very small. Basic amenities provided in the room. It was reasonably clean. The restaurant is very good, the food, their service is applicable.

Rooms are very small. room services and other services are good too. the Receptionist who works there is very helpful. restaurant services and foods very recommendable those who haven't tried.

Pathetic!! 1)Rooms are very small like a store room . 2)Restaurant doesn't have high chair or bassinet facility. 3) One of the housekeeping guy is so unprofessional doesn't know how to talk. I was staying with my 8 month old baby and by mistake I forgot the used diaper on floor instead telling me that housekeeping guy complaint the same to the supervisor and when I was returning from restaurant to room she stopped me at reception and said there's is a dustbin insured the room please use that. My point is the same thing could've been conveyed to me directly through that housekeeping guy as Supervisor stopped me at reception was embarrassing for me . Then last few days my mother also joined us . She by mistake took some bottle of drinking water herself because the landline was not working suddenly that same housekeeping guy jumped over her and said ary ary kya kar rahe mujse bina puche nahi le sakte hai aap paani. Very unprofessional. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff that sits in reception and guards.

The best thing is to stay peaceful in a city like Delhi.. army campus, beautiful surroundings. Decent rooms but over-priced. Good service. Restaurant and complimentary breakfast buffet is worth the room price. Enjoyed stay at residency resorts. Nearest Metro: shankar vihar (within campus) Vasant vihar outside campus. Drawback: away from city. Overpriced rooms.

This is very good resort near the airport. Staffs are very friendly and well behaved considering it can be booked only through the army personnel. The resort itself is very well maintained. Prices are decent. They provide various occupancy options. You can either booked apartment or single room. All rooms are equipped with a/c. They house in built restaurant and party hall. Food served here was good. They have ample amount of parking space. If you want you stay away from the chaos of the city and celebrate this is a very good opportunity
