My family recently decided to host all the wedding functions at Oodles, and we had an incredible experience with the food, service, staff, and location. What truly stood out was the decor done by Kanika Ma'am--she did an outstanding job. I really appreciated how there was a proper meeting to discuss even the intricate details, including the props that would be used. She was very responsive and warm during calls, and even helped us out with the little things like flower arrangements.

Oodles hotel is a good property to organise party/ wedding functions. The staff is very good nd even chef Mr AmitSharma was also good as he had serve all dishes in outstanding form . ||The Decorator Ms Mona was also very good nd her performance was outstanding. She did all that work beautifully which she committed. But one event planner Ms Prachi was not upto the mark. She didn't fulfil her commitments.||Overall experience was very good with Oodles Hotel Chhatarpur. I recommend people to organise functions there but without Prachi (the Event Planner)

A Perfect Wedding Venue with Outstanding Hospitality! We recently attended two functions at Oodles Hotel--an engagement followed by a wedding, and both events were exceptionally well-organized. On the engagement night, with a gathering of about 80-100 guests, the hotel provided a spacious first-floor open area, which was perfect for the occasion. The setup included a stage, dance floor, separate bar area, and designated smoking zone, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. The wedding ceremony the next day was held in the lawn area, accommodating 500+ guests effortlessly. The decoration, stage for varmala and pheras, dance floor, and dining area were all beautifully arranged and spacious enough for family and friends to enjoy the celebrations comfortably. The food, drinks, and sweets served on both days were absolutely delicious, leaving a lasting impression on all the guests. Despite the large crowd, the toilets remained clean and well-maintained throughout the event. The valet parking service was efficient, and the staff was courteous and always ready to assist. A special appreciation for the hotel manager, who personally ensured that milk was arranged for my daughter and nephew--a thoughtful gesture that speaks volumes about their hospitality. If you are looking for a 5-star venue for a wedding or any grand celebration, I highly recommend Oodles Hotel for its exceptional service, stunning setup, and warm hospitality!

I had my wedding in Oodles on 24th and 25th feb where I booked all the rooms at the hotel. I must say that Gaurav ji from Oodles is a gem of a person. He was always so polite and helpful, and accomodated even smallest of our requests. He even helped us plan our wedding and events. The food and hospitality was amazing and would definitely recommend them. The entertainment part was handled by Prachi ji, who is an amazing person. Her timing for everything was perfect and impeccable and she definitely created multiple memorable moments for us. The decor was handled by Mona ji. Her artistic sense is amazing and she creates beautiful themes in her decor. We, along with the guests, were awestruck with the beautiful decor she did for our haldi, sagan and wedding.

Good service but too far from railway stations. Room was clean, Staff service was good.

Oodles hotel Chhatarpur is a good property to enjoy memorable functions. The rooms and room service is good and also location is very good. The staff of Oodles hotel is very cooperative and specially Chef Mr.Amit Sharma was very good. The dishes he served were excellent during our 02 days stay. The Decorator Ms. Mona was also good, she done all the work for which she was committed. I totally impressed with her working. But one Ms. Prachi (the event planner) was not upto the mark. She didn't fulfilled her words but to earn money. Oodles hotel may be degraded because of event planner. The management may think about it.

Had to attend back to back weddings, one in Hotel Radisson and one here. Oodles hotel exceeded my expectations in everything. We had good rest after hectic travel, the food was fantastic throughout my 3 day stay here and multiple locations within the premises made all types of events possible. However, what really stood out was the service. Mr Bhavesh and Mr. Deepak and all staff members took care of my family so well, I will remember it for a long long time. There were minor issues in the room promptly fixed by the staff. They really made me feel at home.
