NOVOTEL NEW DELHI CITY CENTRE

Our crew recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel New Delhi City Centre, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment of arrival, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, providing a perfect space to relax and recharge. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent food quality. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of both local and international options, with everything fresh and delicious. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the hotel's dining outlets consistently delivered high standards of service and cuisine. The facilities were impressive -- the gym was well-maintained, and the infinity pool area provided a refreshing break between duties. Special thanks to the Novotel team -- Varun ji, Sneha, Shamista, Mayank, Kanika, Chef Dilip, Deepali, and the one and only Shreeja for their flexibility and outstanding understanding of crew needs, including early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible. Their personalized care and support truly made a difference in the quality of our stay. Overall, Novotel New Delhi City Centre provided an exceptional level of comfort, service, and convenience. We would be happy to recommend it to other film crews and business travelers alike, and we look forward to returning.

Thank you so much for this stay. I really enjoyed the place and the room that were beautiful. The staff was so kind, professionnal and helpful. I recommend the restaurant that serves quality well cooked food and its kind staff. I strongly thank Richy, Anita, Liza, the cooks and the rest of the staff (sorry for the missing, I just know these names, but all were so considerate). The concierge is really helpful, you can trust his advices more than the scammer tourist office. Other good points : - the swimming pool on the rooftop - the gym with good sport equipments - beautiful and spacious rooms

I had an amazing stay at Novotel City Centre, New Delhi! What truly made my experience memorable was the outstanding service at the front desk, especially from Anshika. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail were truly impressive. She went out of her way to make sure my check-in was smooth, patiently answered all my questions, and even helped me with a few special requests during my stay -- always with a big smile. Anshika's hospitality set such a positive tone for the entire trip. It's rare to meet someone who is so dedicated to ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued. I also want to mention Raya, who was equally friendly and helpful, and Vishal from the IT department, who quickly sorted out a minor Wi-Fi issue for me. The hotel itself is fantastic -- clean rooms, a great location, and excellent facilities -- but it's people like Anshika who truly make a place feel like home. I highly recommend Novotel City Centre and will definitely be returning, thanks to the wonderful experience she helped create!

The hotel has best of the amenities with amazingly neat and clean rooms. The infinity pool is perfectly located giving you a 180* view of the city. Morning buffet is lavish and taste of almost everything on service is relishing. For 2 days we had dinner at their restaurant and we couldn't ask for a better quality of food and service apart from this

I went to have dinner at Food Exchange, and honestly, the food is really good and tasty. I really liked it. I fully enjoyed it with my friends. It's a new property and has been well maintained. Dev assisted me at my table--he's a very good person and a great server. He gives proper guidance.

Fabulous new hotel. Our rooms (we had two for our family of four) were great. The breakfast is fabulous and worth the extra money. The pool is the best part. Such a beautiful spot. You can see they are working on what I imagine is a bar/restaurant next to it. I look forward to seeing that next time. I worried a little about the location after reading other reviews but we walked places from here fine. It's Delhi, nowhere has nice easy footpaths. The staff are the best and we were extra happy they gave us a free late check out to 4pm. We were very happy here.

My stay at Novotel City Centre was very enjoyable. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained and the gym facilities were excellent. A special mention to the gym trainer, Ankit & Yash--both are incredibly helpful and always professional. their friendly behavior and support truly enhanced my experience. The room service was also very good, prompt, and efficient, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. Hope to see the hotel again and Love to come again soon

He made sure the entire process was hassle-free, all while wearing a wide, warm smile that instantly made me feel welcomed after a long journey.||||A heartfelt compliment to Mr. Gaurav Pant (Executive Housekeeper) and his team - the rooms were absolutely immaculate. Everything was spotless, dust-free, and thoughtfully arranged. The placement of the espresso machine, the convenience of a well-lit study table to pull out the laptop and work, the freshness of the linen, the crispness of the bath towels, and the perfectly clean window panes - every detail reflected a high standard of housekeeping. It genuinely felt like stepping into a room that had been prepared with real care and attention. Thanks for Mr. Durgesh Kumar for helping us with amenities through our stay. ||||A special mention for Miss Shreeja Jha (Front Office Manager), whose professional demeanor, warm attitude, and sharp attention to guest needs stood out throughout the stay.
