Great Hotel, but Located in a Busy Local MarketThis is a standard hotel room, well-maintained and clean. The service provided by the reception and restaurant staff was great and friendly. The room is of standard European size and worth the price paid. The breakfast quality and service were excellent for a budget hotel.Please note that the hotel is located in a busy local market, and cars or local taxis cannot drop you off directly in front of the hotel. You will need to walk 3-5 minutes from the marketplace to reach the hotel.Other than the location, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel has been the worst experience so far. The towels were so dirty, it seemed like they had been used multiple times and then given to the guest as a mop. The bathroom gets blocked. In the name of a good branch, they give horrible rooms. If you want to waste money, make the mistake of booking a room in their Paharganj branch in Delhi. I had booked a room at their Le Roi branch in Haridwar, and the rooms there were luxurious. But the Paharganj branch in Delhi is the worst; there's no service and the rooms were very dirty.

Location wise not the best but a good area to shop local things. Quite a distance to new Delhi metro station. But can take the auto about 15mins including traffic.Room was adequate enough. Walls are thin and can hear people next door talking. No windows.Changed room as the first room had a strong smell of chemicals and was making me nauseous. Couldn't sleep the first night as the next door was talking till wee hours. Had to change room the next day again as I was scared the next door was still gonna be around.Can't change the A/C to cold mode. So air was abit stale in the room. Toilet was bigger than the shower.Breakfast was so soGreat common water area and complimentary teas.Lastly the girl at the counter can just quit her job if she finds everything to do with an attitude. Overall, would recommend if you don't mind a super crowded and busy area.

The hotel was clean. The service was good. The breakfast buffet gave a good spread.They offer free flow of water, tea and coffee.The rooms have international socket and good stable wifi connection.Many international travelers nearby.Besides a bustling local markets so traffic can be heavy when entering but it is inside a lane so overall not too noisy.

They claim to bring a touch of Japan to Paharganj with their room design, inspired by Korean and Japanese concepts. But having a washbasin right next to the bed? That's just unhygienic! Imagine all the bacteria from gargling floating around--only to find their way back while you sleep with your mouth open. Gross! The rooms are so tiny that many guests prefer spending hours in the restaurant, working on their laptops. Honestly, this isn't a hotel room--it's a matchbox!

I stayed here for two nights during my travel in Delhi. The rooms were clean, the staffs were nice and good breakfast options. Overall it was a pleasant stay. It is located in the busy area, so it can be hard to catch an uber.

Good Rooms. The Restaurant and the people has been a bit loud until late night. Or room was without window but the AC was functional. It was interesting to get there, because most TucTucs refused to drive there and been telling us that the hotel is closed and you need special permission to drive there etc. everything lies, at the end we just walked there without problems.

A nice clean place in a great area of Delhi to visit. The beds were comfy and I appreciated the water dispenser and tea making facilities in the corridor. The breakfast was yummy. The staff were attentive and helpful.
