My recent stay at the JMD Residency was a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to major attractions and transportation hubs. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the Manager and staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay feel very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh, the overall quality and service certainly made it worth the cost. JMD Residency is an excellent place to stay, whether you are staying for a night or few or even a longer stay. Staff is very courteous, great hospitality, and the owner Mr. Sharma's focus is on customers. Rajinder manages the property well, and ensures that you get "at home" feeling. I have stayed there once for 4 nights, then for 3 weeks about two years ago, and last I stayed overnight only in April 2025. Things have only improved over two years. Great location (close to airport), excellent clean rooms and toilets, and a team high on hospitality. What else can you ask for!!

I'm from Jammu and stayed at JMD Residency, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi for two months while working on a project in Aerocity. I must say, it was the best experience I've had in Delhi. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, the location is prime and in a posh area, very close to IGI Airport and Aerocity. The food was excellent, and the service was always prompt and friendly. I had taken the room on a monthly basis, and the flexibility to come and go 24 hours made it very convenient for my work schedule. The security is reliable, and the staff is very honest, helpful, and professional. Without a doubt, this is one of the best guest houses in Delhi. Highly recommended for both long and short stays!

Perfect stay always! Staying here since last 3 years and property location is very good, food served is homemade type which is best thing I get staying here. Recommended to all travelling as it's just 10 mins from Airport.
