Location of this place is a 5 star .. that's where it ends .. the hotel is on the second floor . A tiny lift leading to the lobby. They have a kitchen and a few rooms. No hot water. Hot water you will get only after informing them . The toilets are not clean . Even the toiletries in the wash room are not replenished . Breakfast is complimentary .. but it takes hours to get . Usually one hour later after you ordered the breakfast you need to remind them again that you need breakfast. Really terrible. Food is okay. Sometimes too much of salt .. home cooked food . The mid nights get noisy as the Clients come late and talk on the corridor and it's quite disturbing . Other than the location , the place is not worth it .

We on family tour stayed here for one night. To be very honest the size of the room 204 was too small ( as per reviews i saw) bathroom was also too confined. Hot water flow was not consistent . Staff was polite and kitchen services was good. I do not suggest this hotel for families however for Bachelors its okay.

Pathetic experience. The bed and toilets were not clean. The building is very nice but most likely the owner or caretaker are stupid. They haven't taken care of the place nicely. Moreover, don't even expect to get drinking water which is at least expected to provide to the customers when u run a hotel. You don't get soap if you don't ask. This is more or less same story for most of the indian hotel owners. They just care for making money. Indian hotel owner have bad civic sense and are looters. Its time for foreign players to enter low cost hotels and show what cleanliness and customer service means. It will bring more challange to the indian hotel owners, then only they will stop daydreaming.

Horrible place, stuffy smelly rooms...not less than a dungeon, nothing is good about this hotel...avoid it at any cost Staff pretend to cooperate but do not do anything.. even after requesting GST bill 100 times, they gave lame excuse saying that it will be taken care in the check out and after checking out, they started telling that invoice is already generated and GST no. cannot be put once invoice is generated. And staff is so upfront blunt about our requirements and requests.. Totally a very bad experience, will never trust them again

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very bad. The room was dusty and had things used by previous occupants. We had to ask them again for basic necessities like soap and all.

Third Class hotel... Never book... Very bad room condition. Lift up to 2nd floor.... Third floor by steps.... No Hot water .... Light button position.. not accessible from bed.... Kitchen close by 9.30 pm ... No further orders... Staff not trained properly..... No uniform including reception.... Reception very dirty.... What to say more... It's bad than local lodge... Don't book this hotel...

My father, who is a senior citizen had informed the hotel days prior to his arrival that he would arrive very early and so requested for an earlier checkin. He was told by staff that, they would see what they can do. On arrival to the hotel, he was asked to pay for an early check in...seriously there is zero respect for seniors. Zero empathy and courtsey. It is just about money and not service.

While service of boys and location are good, room interiors (especially bathrooms) are really outdated (walls flaking, yellowish commode / sink), kitchen exhaust is not proper - all the smoke is filled inside the room, WiFi is pathetic - cannot do any kind of work, breakfast included is for namesake, had a hard time to find the hotel in day time - hidden in a gully of Hanuman Lane. Overall, highly overpriced just for location benefits; otherwise it's a Mahipalpur type 1K-1.5K hotel.
