ITC Maurya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, New Delhi

From the moment I stepped into the airy lobby, I felt a sense of calm wash over me. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were genuinely welcoming, offering a refreshing drink and helpful information about the local area. My room was a tranquil haven - spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable furnishings and subtle, stylish decor. The bed was like sinking into a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Fresh flowers brightened the room, high-quality toiletries were provided, and even the turndown service felt like a little touch of luxury. The hotel boasted fantastic amenities too. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning panoramic views - the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The on-site restaurant served delicious, locally-inspired cuisine in a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere, and the breakfast spread was a delightful array of fresh and varied options. The location was also a major plus. It was conveniently situated for exploring key attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Getting around was easy, and the concierge was always on hand with helpful directions and recommendations. Overall, my stay here was exceptional. It wasn't just a place to sleep; it was an experience in genuine hospitality and understated elegance. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gem to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay.

Every stay here i visit the salon and it's worth noting how great the staff is, especially Kusum! From hair to toes is been excellent and the salon is conveniently located just off the lobby. Thank you Kusum and the rest of the staff for all that you do to insure your customers have the best experience.

Food and good staff are their usp, met ashima in the hotel lobby and she was really good in her work. Explaining everything so effectively and being nice overall. Loved the hotel amenities and the beauty in their paintings as well. Food of course was delicious

My room was super cozy, the lighting, pillow and the duvet were all perfect. Was happy to recieve the personalized note and amenities by Ashima here which made us and specially my wife feel so special. She took care of us and felt that we were in our own home

Visited Dum pukht for my dad's 75th Birthday celebration. Arvind, our chief purser made sure that the event went absolutely perfect. The food was great with great ambience and service.

Staff at the ITC Maurya are quite impressive with their standard of service and anticipation. A prime example will be the girl Ashima we met on our first day she was quite helpful with our room tour, explaining us the services this property offers and all our inclusions which we greatly appreciate

Quick check-in, and friendly service throughout our stay; complimentary access to two club lounges for Bonvoy Titanium members, which is a surprise given this is property is part of the Luxury Collection chain. Rooms are indeed quite dated, and the location isn't ideal for hitting the tourist spots, but honestly, who cares when you have Bukhara and Dum Pukht downstairs? Those restaurants are worth the stay at Maurya alone. Clearly there are the food gods working in the kitchen. Oh, and breakfast was nice too. One minor niggle - lobby area had some funky smell throughout our visit.
