Hyatt Delhi Residences, Aerocity

Apart from the name of Hyatt...there were few similarities to the normal hospitality you got at a Hyatt. Family suite was decent and comfortable for our family of four. However dining options were far and it was quite a complex walk to get there. Pool was closed without any prior warnings which was very disappointing for the kids. |Would though however highly recommend their breakfast. Brilliant spread and variety

Check in process was slightly slow. ||I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Wide variety of food. ||||Located in aerocity a very modern new part of Delhi. Very close to the airport and also Yashobhumi.

It was a wonderful experience. The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; We highly recommend Hyatt for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. Thank you!!!

We booked an apartment of 2 rooms with them for our stay as well as business meetings so we find it perfect as meetings can be held in the sitting area where you get big sofas and you can pull chairs of dining table as well. Rooms were very spacious and properly cleaned which you always expect from Hyatt. We selected Aerocity area to save our time going in and out of the city so we find it perfect location for us but taxis are charging high. Hyatt provides airport drop-off as well which customer needs to advise them in advance. Staff is very helpful and they walk extra mile for customer satisfaction. I would love to stay at this property again.

We stayed in delhi residences townhouse for 3d 2n in December 24 atmosphere was very good and we visited there with family so it is family friendly no doubt and safe too but room service was very very slow we called room service three times and we got service after 1 hr or 2 hrs that need to be improved and breakfast was in andaz very good but should be arranged in that hotel and lunch or dinner options should be online with booking in option that one should include it with booking like other hotels. Improvement needed in hotels. Otherwise very gud place to stay.

I was here for a business trip and I should say, it was a very pleasant stay of 4 nights. From ensuring a smooth check-in to my food restrictions and most importantly housekeeping tolerating all my tantrums/ requests. A special mention to Mr. Suman Kant, housekeeping manager, who took care of each and every request I had made - be it with respect to cleaning of my room to type of pillow etc etc etc. He was there to ensure I do feel at home. Thank you Suman for making it a great stay.
