HR Grand Hotel

Avoid HR Grand Hotel, staff don't know how to treat with the customers, all of their eyes are on money, absolutely lacking empathy and professionalism.They are way more better options in similar or even cheaper rates. Pathetic!!! You can judge their services from the level of my frustration.

Booked in HR grand hotel, but given rooms in next building (comfort plaza). Taps, AC, mosquito problems. The place is also a bit remote. No decent food available near by. Not recommended. Ratings above 4.5 for this place must be because of paid reviews. Don't fall for it. Check the latest ratings on MMT. Edit: forgot to mention that there's drinking water facility on each floor. It's only available in to floor kitchen, which will open after 7:30 AM in the morning.

Good Hotel. Very good and friendly staff members,but service is slow.Willing to help me at ALL times though. Checked out today after close to a month's stay. I recommend the place to anyone else.

It was nice experience to stay there. We were there for 2 days the locality is very convenient to hire the uber service as well as to get to the metro station. The service was very nice staff were very cooperative. The hotel manager Mr, Anas is a well behaved person he knows well how to deal there customers. Prajitha Prasanth.

Worst hotel I booked in my life . Booked room in HR Grand but while check in they shifted in another hotel ( Comfort hotel) just adjacent to this hotel which more worse than this.. No intercom, no towel, no water bottle, no shampoo in bathroom, broken walls, minimum 50 mosquitos, 50 Flys... Fridge not working for so long and they call it the most luxurious room in the hotel... I booked the hotel thru Make My Trip and based on reviews available there on Google but felt extreme unfortunate to book this hotel.. staff was useless and they don't know the hospitality meaning. I imdtly checked out after checked into the room and booked another hotel at 11.30 pm so that I can atleast sleep properly during night. Pathetic hotel so request everyone pls pls don't book this hotel otherwise ur entire money will go in vain and u will regrate ever...

One of the worst Hotels of Delhi... Naam bade Darshan Chote type... Service is so poor u cant imagine. AC Doesn't works. I changed my room to new room also there also i didnt work. And have to call 5-7 times for the AC issue they didnt came on time... Poor Hospitality Only care for Foreigners of Gulf countries. Being Indian i felt foreigner in this Hotel. Hopelesss Shameless Even they are not realising their faults. Thats the Main Issue. Food U will not get of upto your expectations. Please avoid going such Hotels This Hotel should learn something from Hotel Grand Park Inn,Karol Bagh,New Delhi... It has very good service..

Good service and on the first day we wondered how it would be but we stayed for five days and we did not feel like we were staying in a hotel, it was just like home!

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Most unhygienic conditions, dirty bathroom. It might sound as an exaggeration but seriously not even a single thing was good during the entire stay.
