Hotel Yuvraj Deluxe

I stayed at this hotel for two days. The location of the hotel is good, with nice eateries nearby. However, there were issues with cleanliness. The hotel rooms were quite dusty, and the bathroom was not clean either. My check-in experience was unpleasant. I had booked this hotel two months in advance through Cleartrip and even confirmed the booking over the phone. At that time, they assured me that online bookings were acceptable. However, when I reached the hotel at 6 AM with my family, they refused to check me in, claiming they didn't receive the correct rates from Cleartrip. After waiting for two hours and multiple calls to Cleartrip, they finally allowed me to check in, but only after I paid an additional 3,000. I believe they should have informed me about this issue beforehand. I want to advise anyone booking through Cleartrip or Flipkart to double-check their bookings or avoid these platforms. Fortunately, Cleartrip later refunded the extra amount I had paid. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience.. they charge extra for everything.. even water is not provided free.. rooms are small.. not even kettle in the room.. they say breakfast is complimentary and then take extra payment while checking out.. customer service is very poor... sharing my recent experience.. better to choose some other

I booked this hotel online from goibib and really bad experience i am travelling with ny family hotel staff is not cooperative ac is working hit water is not comming washroom smell very bad and bedsheet also fully dirty and so many small hair in bedsheet when i compain about bedsheet and ac and so many thing they clearly denied that we dont have any room but they have but all the room have so many problem please dont go with your family even alone fully wastage of money all room have different issue

Staff is very cooperative there. Once you visit Delhi feel safe to stay

One of the worst experiences so far I had book this hotel for 2 nights however I just left the hotel after 2 hours because of the room quality,smell in the room,stains in the bedsheets, water on the floor, tiles are broken, I just left the room after 2 hours and the owner doesn't even react why are you leaving and all they just said ok no problem no apology nothing

Goog room and good food so i like management and stafe umesh nice person good attitude
