Hotel Tourist Palace

The worst experience I have had while going for checkin at property (I booked online booking.com). They asked more money to checkin the hotel, once I denied they started bargaining. I sticked to my price, and finally not decided to stay at same property. Honestly, don't know about rooms. But the Location? OMG! Extreme inside from main road through the congested gali.

Very bad. I booked on booking there was one price, it stood included charges and taxes. When i arrived they told me another price, 1100rs more.. It's false announcement and cheating.

They scam this place. They charge one price on booking.com and when you arrive the price is different. The attendant is rude and the manager disappeared when I needed him. DONT GO THERE.

Worst experience. This hotel is a total fraud. Booked through Make My Trip and was asked extra charges upon reaching. Behaviour of the manager is completely rude and worst. Room was also very unhygienic and small. I highly suggest not to choose this hotel

Dirty rooms with dirty washrooms when we Entered the room the smell was like a kind of Cigarette smell and they touched our personal things without our permission I request please don't go to that rooms pls...

Worst hotel ever. The manager is such a liar. I made the booking through Make My Trip app and once I reaced the location they were asking for extra charges apart from what I had already paid and while talking to the customer care executive he behaved very rudely. This hotel is totally fraud. I was denied for check in and had to wait for hours and finally I had to switch the hotel. Totally unacceptable behaviour.

Worst experience of my life . Please go and book other hotels instead of this , There are so many reasons not to book this hotel 1. Lift of the hotel was not working, we had to carry our heavy luggage by ourselves. 2. Room wast not cleaned, the floor was not even mopped . 3. When I checked in I asked them for water bottle , they said they will bring but they didn't 4. Washroom was not clean , 5. There were so many mosquitos and I asked them about that , they didn't give any mosquito repellent spray or good night 6. I had to catch early morning flight so I tried to turn on geyser I wast electrocuted , thank God I was wearing shoes So I'm suggesting to book other hotels and say no to this hotel

I booked this hotel through Agoda for 636, but when I arrived, they charged me 956, claiming it was due to an Agoda technical glitch. This was very frustrating and unexpected.
