Worst hotel I've ever stayed. Booked a deluxe room on booking, which we paid more for, only to find that they only have one type of room to begin with, yet they still refused to charge us the lesser rate for the only room they offer. The photos online are of the holiday inn!! They then charged us 25% extra for "taxes" after everything was already included. The rooms were disgusting, we didn't even have a functioning toilet seat. No amenities were included, staff was only concerned about ripping us off at every chance. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. We're lucky if we didn't get bed bugs.

Horrible experience!!! Booked a room through Booking.com and even called and confirmed the booking and amount with the hotel as we were planning to arrive there at 6am. After arriving at the hotel the staff denied the amount stated in Booking.com and asked to pay more saying there must be a glitch in your app. He asked us either to pay the amount he mentioned or cancel the booking and go. As we were tired we just paid the amount and the room was just average and neither the shower was working nor there was a bucket and mug to bath. Such a bad experience.

Fraud and big scam is going on here. Worst experience I ever had. Room pictures over booking.com doesn't belongs to the hotel as they posted photos of another hotel to boost their booking but reality is horrible Staff is not cooperative at all and misguided us badly. Don't book and waste your money as staff won't hear you after payment Room service is very poor as I stayed for 5 hours only and my water bottle served in the room just before my checkout Don't book your stay specially if you are with kids or elderly people as they don't have elevator and going up to 2nd floor is a mess with your luggage

The hotel wasn't nothing like the picture is shown in Google. It was a total scam. The images made it look clean, but in reality, it was unkempt and poorly maintained the rooms for small dusty, and far from the spotless spaces that they have advertised. The location was also disappointing situated in a noisy inconvenient area!! To make things worse, the service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested in helping. The receptionist asked for our phone for booking purposes, but she changed our booking package to something much more higher priced! The whole experience felt frustrating at a regretted booking it at the moment I arrived

Avoid at all costs ! I very rarely note a hotel so low, but here's the thing : We came as a 40 person group, we had already booked the rooms before. Most of us got rooms either disgusting, undone, or even with bugs in the bed ! A tone of hairs in the bed, AC was not working in our room. And again, among all of us, many many rooms were unacceptably dirty. We left for another hotel and to this point I'm not sure they refund us yet, as one person took care of everything. I highly recommend not to go there.

Some serious fraud going on at this property. I made a booking online paid full amount but while check in they added 800 rupees for bar charges to somehow extort money from me. Then the lady on the receiption she took my phone to confirm and created another booking charging me the same amount from my wallet. Soon I am going to file Consumer court case against this hotel. i warn you to stay away from such frauds and never give them your phone to them.

This is the mother of all scams. Don't know how they have a 3 star rating on Booking.com. It does not qualify for 1 star also. It is in a very small side street that is very noisy. There is no lift for the upper floors. No restaurant to have breakfast and they supply from some kitchen in the neighbourhood to your room. The bathrooms are very very unsafe with polished vitrified tiles that are very slippery and accumulate water with every shower. My family escaped without any injury. WC was leaking. No heating facility during winter which is very cold. The room is not cleaned until one asks for it and even upon asking it was'nt cleaned on two days of our stay. We had to insist on it being cleaned at 11.30 pm after our return.

Please do not the same mistake as we did!! The hotel is scam. Charging double price. Place is dirty and disgusting. Photos are not real. Breakfast no comment. The worse experience ever
