Hotel The Royal Plaza

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Plaza with my family. Vikesh Kumar and Inderjeet from Home Kipper provided excellent service--they were professional, friendly, and very supportive. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall ambience of the place was calm and welcoming. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and my family thoroughly enjoyed it.

Enjoyed my stay at the world class hotel! The location is very strategic and you can access all the places of interest for a person like me who would want to take a advantage of a work trip to visit tourist places like Indian Gate, etc The food was exceptionally delicious and well prepared and served by awesome staff who were always ready to help. Enjoyed the service. The reception too was awesome as everyone was very helpful. Not forgetting the room service people. The rooms and the beddings are very clean and have come up with ways of saving water.

This hotel is my favourite second home filled with warmth n hospitality by the most efficient staff ever . From the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us with warmth and care . The service was exceptional in every way Aman is lobby manager went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable checking in on me regularly and assisting with every small request with a smile she is pampered us in every way by sending us cookies the room.such a sweet and warm note .|The entire team was attentive kind and genuinely invested in making oi stay special.||||The evening lobby music Mr Fabiola he is excellent play music |Enjoyed.|Enjoying the Royal plaza evening.

The room was pretty clean. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and tastewise the food was good too. The only flip side is the astronomical food prices. The entire staff including the restaurant staff was very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Sangeeta Massey for her prompt response in helping me. Overall a very good experience.

Stayed for 3 nights, room was not as expected. We got cold welcome. There was wired smell on the room since we entered to leave. However, some of the staffs are really nice I remembered Rekha from restaurant she is warming and helpful. Likewise a guy in Travel Desk I forgot his name, apologize for this. He helped me a lot to send a parcel. As I am new to the city he is the only one who guided me for the location.|Overall not so good experience in terms of customer service however the location and interior of hotel is really cool.

Very rude and arrogant staff - they act like you're working for them. Severe attitude problems. Do not buy food here. Ridiculous prices and better places to eat elsewhere a few minutes walk away. In room dining is a robbery. Hotel should be ashamed charging such prices. Rooms are old and not updated. A/c smells of damp. Definitely one to avoid at all costs. Much better hotels available for better prices and quality.

Located in the heart of Delhi on Ashoka Road, this hotel boasts stunning, exotic aesthetics and a prime address. The staff is professional, the views are impressive, and the location is unbeatable. However, the food was average, and the rooms, although comfortable, didn't quite match the price point. One notable drawback was the centralized AC system, which was set to a fixed temperature that couldn't be reduced, a somewhat unusual limitation. If you are looking for a stay near to cannaught place /Ashoka Road this is a good option.

Fantastic room service. Very much impressed with gentleman Vikesh kumar where he has been very dedicated to work and very respectful. The hotel is located in nice location and have nice view from the hotel also. Had a fantastic stay and would recommend to stay at this hotel.
