Hotel The Magic Tree - Paharganj New Delhi

The hotel falls short of expectations due to poor maintenance and subpar service. The rooms are small, with cracked walls and non-functional amenities like the hairdryer. Room service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Additionally, there is no in-house restaurant, though guests can order food from outside. My three-night stay was further disrupted by noise disturbances, including a prolonged midnight argument from a neighboring room, making it difficult to sleep. However, the hotel's proximity to the metro and major attractions in Delhi is a plus. The availability of hot water 24/7 is also a positive aspect. Overall, an average experience with significant room for improvement.

The stay was delightful with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxing ambiance. Excellent service, delicious food, and great amenities made it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat!

This hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, within walking distance. The rooms are clean, and the staff is excellent. It's a great place to stay--safe and secure. Highly recommended!

I stayed there with my father for two days and also for two hours on another day as we had to catch our return train. The room and bathroom were well furnished with sufficient space. There is indeed no breakfast facility, but still, it was okay as the hotel is situated in the center point so restaurants and the metro station are within walking distance. To be very honest, the staff were very friendly, helpful and well mannered. However, I think they should put a little bit of effort into controlling pests properly. Overall, It was a very nice experience to stay there, and I would like to revisit the hotel and stay there if I ever come to Delhi.

You can't expect more from a hotel. One of the best hospitality experience from all the good people of the hotel who are amazingly professional yet fully understanding. Rooms are perfectly neat, clean and spacious. Be it room service, housekeeping or any other service, they are just fabulous. Had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Highly recommended.
