Good: Staffs were very friendly and responsive. Room service was good. Hotel has its own restaurant were food is affordable and good. It also has some good outside food options including veg and nonveg. We crossed the check out time and the receptionist allowed to use the reception area for almost an hour. Bad: Room was smaller than expected and the bathroom taps were not working properly. There's no ventilation in the room as got. Also, the hotel location is somewhat odd.

We were a group of 16 international travelers who stayed at this hotel, and overall, our experience was disappointing. The hotel is located in a very busy alley surrounded by other hotels and shops. The area is chaotic, with heavy traffic, beggars, and a general sense of disarray. Additionally, the hotel lacks parking facilities, which made loading and unloading luggage for such a large group an exhausting task. The hotel's facilities were below average and only suitable for budget travelers seeking the bare minimum. There is no proper restaurant on-site, so meals were either served in the lobby or delivered to our rooms, which was inconvenient and unsuitable for a group dining experience. The rooms and bathrooms were not well-maintained and fell short of the standards expected by those looking for a comfortable stay. One of the few positives of the hotel was its location, which is close to Delhi Railway Station and surrounded by shops. Hot water was initially only provided in the mornings, but the staff kindly accommodated our request to supply hot water at night, as we had checked in very late during cold weather. The staff was the saving grace of this hotel. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. Despite their efforts, the overall experience was underwhelming due to the poor facilities and chaotic environment. In summary, this hotel might work for solo travelers or those on a tight budget it seems, but it is not recommended for groups or anyone seeking a more comfortable and organized stay.

Excellent hotel.. Great service..!! The room was very spacious, clean, breakfast was delicious and with many choices.. The people in the receptionist were very helpful, the location is great and very near to the railway station.. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything... I was highly skeptical before coming here but the staff was very welcoming and took care of us. Good option for a family stay near New Delhi Railway Station

One of the best hotel I have stayed in. Very great location, so close to New Delhi railway station. Coming here for almost 10 years. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend for a short stay in Delhi. It was pleasant coming back here

i was in doubt at first after reading the reviews but I have to say that I was wrong. the hotel is an affordable option for guest to stay in Delhi. we are coming in 5 days again and we hope to get same service. location of Paharganj is not great but hotel is safe for family and near to railway station. i cam with my son and daughter in law. need to work on prices as some rooms were expensive but basic room is affordable

As per hotel noms it is better. We have 9 person was booked this hotel... Behaviour was good....but before enter check ur room AC performance & also speak for Rat.. distervance..not for all rooms....
