Hotel stay villa

Disgusting - Had to Leave After 3 Hours I checked into Hotel Stay Villa and left just three hours later. The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and I started getting a headache. That's when I noticed there was mold all over the ceiling. Absolutely unacceptable conditions. There were also insects, and the overall hygiene was horrible. The only good thing was that I got half my money refunded--which honestly should have been a full refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

I booked it through Agoda thinking it's near airport Well it's almost 5 km away from domestic terminal Very hard to find and reach The hotel is very shady..Not at all suited for family.Location is also not ideal Staff is very unprofessional.. they don't accept gpay. Since they accepted cash only I asked for receipt after payment, which they told they will provide on checkout. On checkout they told it will come via mail the next day and yes as expected it never arrived

Unprofessional staff, i booked the room on emergency basis for 1 night (few hours). Reconfirmed the hotel the time of arrival of guest which the hotel agreed in writing however at the time of arrival they denied by client for check in stating that they don't have rooms available. When I called the hotel why they are not giving rooms they straight away told that there are no rooms as of now and client will room after 3am that is purely a disgrace on hospitality part. My client had to leave without check in from the hotel. Highly unprofessional and worst experience in this hotel. They don't know how to run online portal. If they don't have rooms why they kept the inventory open. Bad service, bad management, worst experience.

I stay one night with one of my friend and we booked 2 rooms and they charged us 8000 ,this is not fair bdw,,i go to 5star hotel and they charged us 5000 for a night ,,never go to this hotel i mean it never ever go to this hotel ,and the water didn't work properly and they didn't even have towel and a sandal, and the ac didn't work properly,,this is the hotel thats sucks

Whenever I visit this hotel, they give me a good room. 3 Minutes walking distance from the main highway so it is a peaceful place. Staff behaviour is good.

A couple of things you should consider while booking in this area. All the hotels inside this lane have NO PARKING They are chain hotel with Tie up system I guess because we booked in THE KIARA and were then transferred here. It was a long walk and they didn't even offer to pick out luggage for us Almost all the hotels are infested with cockroaches Stay villa is also infested and the roaches roam freely at night. Corners and edges were kept unclean after I complained he wanted to do a part control while we were in the room! It's better to rely on uber services location taxis and Rick's are very expensive they don't travel on meters. Metro AEROCITY IS about 10 mins walking distance you cross under the flyover and walk. The hotels outside around the area serve horrible food. Their rice grains are hard and uncooked and please DON'T EVEN TRY CHINESE ITEMS IN THIS AREA. The GOOD POINTS- AFFORDABLE, in house breakfast and food is better than outside . It's ok if you're just there for a while without family. TV was a smart TV so for once we watched something on YouTube

I booked a room at a hotel called Hotel Ink Haven through Goibibo. However, they changed the name, which doesn't matter to me. What matters is the service. I got the room at a very low price and genuinely enjoyed the better service. The price I paid was only Rs.600 for an AC room with a TV, wifi, and a double bed. The room was very clean and everything was perfect. I saw some negative reviews but I believe their point of view is wrong. I am very happy with my stay at Hotel Stay Villa. Please note that when you visit Delhi and stay near the airport, Mahipalpur is the best place. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Stay Villa.
