Very disappointing experience This hotel was a complete letdown. The beds were extremely small -- I'm 5'6" and still couldn't fit comfortably. When I asked for a better option, they flat-out refused. Basic amenities were missing too -- no hand towels, and they denied giving an extra bath towel. They even charged Rs 60 for a water bottle that clearly had an MRP of Rs 20. Worst of all, the room was filthy, with spit stains and dust all over the floor. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Visited to this hotel for just lay over, but couldn't sleep due to some bhajans till late night. Bathroom is Good, but it's earnest request to hotel management as you are spending lot of money on interiors so please fit good commodes instead of cheap ones. In term of service; Superb service.

**Disappointed with Our Stay** We were very disappointed with this hotel. They charged outrageous prices for basic necessities like water and ice, which felt like a rip-off. On top of that, the beds were small and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. We booked the hotel online at a very good price, when we reached the manager gave us a room in Basement which was full of foul smell and there was no network connection and rejected the room straight away and then the manager changed the room and shifted us to other room which was on the terrace of hotel, had no elevator connection. We had to take the stairs from the 2nd floor up to the 5th floor where our only room was situated. The room was old and had issues in the washroom, the linen was full of stains and dust. Just because it was late hours so we had to stay for night otherwise we would have for sure changed the hotel.

Terrible Experience - Not Worth the Money We stayed in Room No. 302 for one night (16th Dec check-in to 17th Dec check-out), and it was an awful experience. Despite paying over 4000, the stay was extremely disappointing: Room Issues: The bed was very uncomfortable, and no blower was provided even after we requested one for our 2-year-old child. The toilet seat was dirty and smelly, and there was no kettle in the room. Food Quality: The breakfast was substandard. We ordered less spicy soup for our toddler, but they initially sent a very spicy one. Only after complaining did they replace it. To our shock, they charged us double for the soup at checkout. Lost Item: We accidentally left our power bank (bought in Singapore) in the room. When we contacted the hotel, they flatly denied finding it. Overall, this was one of the worst stays we've ever had. The unprofessionalism and lack of basic hygiene were unacceptable. We deeply regret booking this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

It's around 6 KM from the airport and the restaurant is small. Can have around 20 guests at a time but the place is maintained good. We had dinner and it's good. Quantity is sufficient for one and can be shared as well
