Hotel Royal Grand

Pocket friendly but superb. Located in a calm and safe place in East Patel Nagar Market. Room was clean, comfortable bed, clean washroom. Good restaurants, cafes and markets are near by. Nearest metro is Rajinder place is about 1km, can be reach by foot or by 3 wheeler. Staff are really good.

The worst experience I have ever had, Mr. Kundan at reception is very rude and rooms situation is so so smelly and bad. Worst of money.

Very poor service ,kept waiting for almost 20 minutes even after prior online booking and already paid , Every where was very untidy as renovation work was going on , no towels were given , after requesting they gave a towel that was torn ..

The room is horrible sheets are filthy bathroom and room both very outdated and smell of damp. I wish I knew what I am paying for not happy with the price charged. Wifi keep dropping. Not worth the money. I asked the guy to change the quilt cover when he took the old cover off it was so disgusting. If they charging for hotel they should change the bad worn out covers and other items. Mattress is so worn out!

This is the worst experience ever. Wasted time and money. The hotel is completely different from photos. The room and specially the bathroom has a pungent smell. The towel in washroom was stinky and dirty. Floor tile was broken. Beds were uncleaned. No proper room service and food was hell. The lift does not work there. And they charge extra than the MRP for water.

Dirty and uncleaned room! An old bottle and gutka packet was kept in the drawer of the sink in the bathroom! Old and worn-out furniture! Stained towel, only one was in the room! No hand towel. No drinking water in the room. Empty dirty fridge.. What is shown on the website is a sham. The front office/ reception person was unpleasant. Never utter a work apart from asking ID. I will never recommend it..

Room were vomit stains all over the wall in washroom and sink was broken even after complaint they didn't not change the room. Location is very good for this hotel staffs are cordial. Lift wasn't working had to carry my luggage upto 3rd floor. Otherwise I will rate the rooms very average.
