Hotel Palm Grand - Naraina New Delhi

Booked this property for three days for my sister's wedding. I am amazed by the service and hospitality. I really felt like we were at home. All the staff took good care of our family. All the functions held at this hotel were very well organized. Special thanks to Mr. Rajiv for providing hospitality like a family member. I would also like to comment on the food; the quality is top-notch--so delicious. Thank you to all the staff. I will definitely book this property again.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Cleanliness and Stale Food I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The hotel failed to meet even basic hospitality standards, and several issues made my stay unpleasant. Firstly, the room cleanliness was unacceptable. Dust was visible on the furniture, the floors weren't properly cleaned, and the bedsheets appeared used and stained. It was clear that housekeeping hadn't done a thorough job, leaving the room feeling uninviting and uncomfortable. The bathroom hygiene was even worse. There were water stains and mold on the tiles, and the sink was visibly dirty. The towels provided smelled musty, adding to the discomfort. A clean and hygienic bathroom is essential, and the state of the facilities was disappointing. To make matters worse, the breakfast served was stale. The bread was hard, the fruit tasted old, and the overall quality of the food was poor. It felt like the food had been sitting out for hours with no effort to ensure freshness. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and the subpar food quality ruined what could have been a pleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless these issues are resolved. For the price, there are far better options available elsewhere.

Had a wonderful stay at palm grand! The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

I went to attend a marriage function. The ambience and arrangements are great. Staff was also well behaved and cordial. Food and services were really amazing. I recommend it.

Best experience!! The staff was super friendly, especially Lalit sir and Radhe shyaam sir!! The room service experience exceeded my expectations. Quick service, delicious food, and everything I needed was just a call away. Highly recommend!
